Excellent service from this company- great communication and staff always help us and provide customer satisfaction. We are really pleased with the finishing.

These people are cowboys, liars and utterly incompetent. Do not hire. They did a ground floor extension for me, a 10 week project that turned into 5 months because of Silviu's arrogance. He claims no ownership of his mistakes, forcing protracted battles.

When the work is done, it's of a shoddy and incompetent standard. He believes a wall that deviates 6cm from it's path is acceptable tolerances. He'll put whatever tile up on the roof and then complain when he finds out it's wrong. I've had to spend a lot of money and time fixing his sub-standard work. His building control people are equally shonky. Fortunately I had good people in to fix his appalling work, otherwise this would have been a waste of £70k.

I don't write reviews very often but it is impossible for me not to share what a wonderful experience it was to work with AC Construction. It is incredibly rare to find good tradespeople and more importantly good people. Silvio and Changez are an amazing partnership and I cannot recommend them enough. We had a really tight deadline due to a wedding in the family and so required quite an extensive refurb of the house. Whether it was installing a new kitchen or plastering and repainting and redoing the flooring - no job was too big or too small. All of the people who came to work at the house were polite, exceptionally professional and quietly got on with their work with a good attitude and humour. They are VERY hard working and were an absolute pleasure to deal with. Not only was their quote very reasonable they helped us save money at different points by suggesting better ways to do things without compromising on the quality at all. Honestly, in all of my time doing various projects, these are hands down the best construction team I have ever met and in fact they became more like friends to our family than just a transactional relationship. I truly wish them the best for the future and would not even bother to look for anyone else for any work to do as I cannot truly imagine a better group to work with. What a great decision we made by bringing in Silvio and his team. Enthusiasm, hard work, responsiveness, high-quality output - really pleased and happy with their work.

Our project involved major internal restructuring / refurbishment over 3 floors of a London terraced. Work included moving / creating 2 bathrooms, replacing all windows at rear of property, plumbing fixes, carpentry, decorating and so on. Silvio dealt with all project challenges with a flexible and positive attitude, as he says “any problem, has a solution”.
