Friendly yet still professional, the work carried out was first class and will use them again and commend the work done.

Very fast response, came round the next day and provided a quote and timescales for the work. Turned up when expected; worked diligently throughout the day, providing us with a brilliant new fence and custom new gate. Would absolutely recommend.

SilverTree (Mr Messer) was very responsive and contacted me very
quickly (same day). He came to our house later that day and surveyed the site of the proposed fence. We discussed options, materials, dates and costs and Mr Messer gave me a quotation before he left. We agreed to proceed and agreed details that evening via internet. The whole transaction was efficient, friendly and
very professional. Within just a few hours we had progressed from having
a problem to having a solution.
The cost is more than we expected but the solution does include ground clearance, which saved me a lot of work for which I was ill equipped, and a superior. “product” and a date which was much sooner than expected. In all, a great outcome. More...

I can not leave a true reflecive coment as I did not get the chance to meet Giles.
I placed a request on Bark and Giles responded and made an appointment for 18:00 that day, at 21:30 giles rang to ask if the appointment for the next day was still OK ? ???
I had to go into hospital due to cancer treatment the next day and when I came out of hospital 3 days later, the job had been done.
I informed Giles, via e-mail, of this some 4 days later after his e-mail to me. His responce was somewhat confusing as he thought my family and friends should contact him if they ever needed work done in their gardens. More...

Excellent communication and very punctual. I would highly recommend Silver Tree Landscapes for harder clearance and will use them again for some fencing work when we move home soon.

Giles called to give a quote the same day I raised a contact. This was sent to me by text and confirmed via email with a proposed date. It was competetive and timely so was accepted. Unfortunately the orginal date could not be made, however Giles and his team did arrive 2 days later with additional worker to carry out the job in 1 day instead of the expected 2 therefore meeting the expected timescale for finish, which was very much appreciated.
