My husband bought me some cupcakes today for Teacher Appreciation week and when I say they truly blessed my tastebuds that's what I mean. He bought the banana pudding cupcake, strawberry lemonade, and red velvet. The icing on the strawberry lemonade was a bit too sweet for me but I LOVED the lemonhead on top and the cupcake was super moist. My hubby had the banana pudding cupcake and he thought the same...sweet icing but loved the cupcake and the banana pudding inside. The red velvet was absolute perfection! I shared one with my fellow educator and she liked the strawberry as well. We still have yet to try the bread pudding bug I'm sure it will be delightful! This hidden gem is awesome! More...

Ive gone here several times. Each visit was amazing. The owner treated me personal an professionally. I took a while to make my selection an she patiently assisted me; by allowing a taste test. The bakery is beautifully decorated and the aroma of her fresh baked goods made me want to stay all day. This is a local small business and best bakery this side of town. My husband and I each have our favorite snacks there. If you are into milkshakes you must try their take on one. Stopped in yesterday to see what they had after seeing an article and I was not disappointed! I got cupcakes and cookies and they were ridiculously good! I’ve found at some cupcake places, they look beautiful but end up a little dry. Not here! The cupcake was so moist, it was almost hard to eat (but in a good way!). I had the strawberry lemonade cupcake and it was delicious! I loved the cookies too. They were mostly shortbread with different fillings and all were good but my favorite I think had raspberry filling with chopped almonds on top. We have a family member who currently has a baby in the NICU at Portsmouth Naval Hospital and I called and spoke to the owner at closing time on a Saturday night. It has been very hard finding a good cupcake spot in Portsmouth so I was eager to try their cupcakes. Not only was the cake extremely moist but the frosting was decadent. I will return for more cupcakes.

This is a really nice small bakery! We came in one afternoon for cupcakes for my daughter's birthday. There were plenty to choose from and ready for purchase (I didn't pre-order). When we got home and dug in, they were amazing! We will definitely be back to try all of the flavors. I will have to say after running into a slight problem with getting an order , the manager called me after finding out that what was going on that I was unable to get my order for Saturday she called and was so willing to clear up any confusion pertaining to my email phone calls etc. !!! That was very impressive !!! After speaking with her she got my order straight and I was able to pick up my Decendants2 custom made cupcakes for her party!!! I was very pleased!!! She also called to make sure I had picked them up now that's customer service and a person who cares about her customers as well as the representation of her business!!!! I highly recommend!!!
