I have been going to PT for my back and getting good results! Â As a physical therapist myself, it's hard to find someone you trust to treat you but I've enjoyed this experience. Everyone is so nice there and they aim the treatment toward functional exercises, muscle energy techniques, stretches and hands on massage. I was able to run 7 miles for the first time in 2 years, so I'd say I'm a success story! I'll admit the first impression of the outside and inside of building leaves a bit to be desired, but it doesnt matter because the treatments are effective! More...

Kelsey is an amazing PT! We have worked together to make my shoulder and wrist feel better since I am constantly hurting it at work. She is very knowledgable in her field and very comforting during all my sessions w her. Dr. Navid is extremely good at what he does. Came in for a lingering knee issue that has hindered me for years. After an initial consultation and movement analysis, he was able to determine the source of my knee pain. We worked out together for a few months and I have never felt better.
