Silver Stars Fitness is a Manhattan based fitness studio that specializes in working with the baby boomer and beyond population. We offer personal training, yoga, Pilates, Tai Chi, Massage Therapy and stretching. Services can be done at our studio or in your home.

All instructors are certified, experienced, friendly fitness professionals that have a minimum
of ten years experience in the field.
