A friend was given a wine tasting excursion by Harrah's in Funner (formerlly Rincon), CA.. and she invited me and two other women to join her. We were picked up promptly by Silver Fox Limousine driven by chauffeur extraordinaire, Isac. The limo was everything a limo should be...clean, comfortable, well-stocked, and had a really decent sound system. Isac was everything a driver should be and much, much more. He obviously takes great pride in his job and has put in a lot of time researching destinations and cultivating relationships at the various wineries and restaurants in order to insure the best possible experience for his clients. Excelent service! Since I first contacted them, I received a quick response to all my questions, which is why I instantly picked them over other limo companies. Isac was the best! He arranged everything for us and was very punctual and made sure we got to every winery and lunch on time. From pick up to a smooth drive to our dinner destination, Isac was fantastic! Â Patiently waited for us to finish up a longer than anticipated dinner, he swooped us off to San Diego, knowing exactly whaty husband's surprised planning, he was not hesitant to cater to our change in plans. Ask for Isaac and I promise you won't be disappointed. He is extremely kind and genuinely loves people. I have had limos to wine taste in Temecula a handful of times and I have never received the type of customer service that Isaac gives. He goes above and beyond in all ways possible. He REALLY cares about you and your party. He calls prior and asks questions to figure out what's best for the group and has great recommendations. He personally goes to the wineries so he can explain them all in detail. He knows the bartenders so he pairs you with the best ones and we were always treated amazing. At each winery he would bring us a cup of water and tell us where the restroom is. He was constantly asking if we would like a picture and he knew all the great spots to take pictures (so nice!!!). He also has great food recommendations. * Pricing - we went during the week on a Friday and the 8 person limo was 60/hour plus 20% gratuity. A+ customer service from the first phone call inquiry to the drop off. I hired Silver Fox for my daughters prom and was impressed with the the timeliness, the great attitude of the driver Chris, and the very fair prices. Sending my son off to prom was already a little bit worrying, but when we met Jeff (our limo driver) we were immediately put at ease. Jeff let us know he would keep the partition down being that he was driving a group of teenagers, which is something we wanted and were so happy he suggested it! He asked us if they were allowed to make any detours  and we said no, so when the kids were asking to stop somewhere he automatically asked the kids to contact us for permission. He let us know when the kids were dropped off and when they were on their way back. From booking all the way to drop off we had nothing but first class service! Isaac!!!! He was perfect and made my bachelorette dreams come true.We went to gorgeous wineries with delicious wine. The way Isaac whisked us to the front of the bar (even in busy wineries) made us feel like VIPs. They were ready for us at each place, knew Isaac, and gave us the best spots! WOW! Isaac is not only the best driver in Temecula Valley, but also the best tour guide. He took us around all the wineries we requested, and also got us VIP service at the most yummy and amazing lunch -- Calloway Winery. Isaac was amazing!!!!! Â He picked us up in Palm Springs for a 90 min drive to Temecula. Â The champagne was waiting chilled perfectly with an extensive meat, cheese and cracker tray. I recently hired Silverfox Limousine Service to transport wedding parties for a wedding we had at Menifee Lakes Country Club. What a nice experience working with this company. The staff was responsive when scheduling and sent confirmations that we're clear and timely. The day of the event Jason contacted me ahead of time and showed up promptly to escort all parties involved where they needed to go. We had a complicated schedule and he completed all tasks on time and with excellent service. I have rented several limos with other companies in the past and none have been as great as Silver Fox Limos last night. This was our 1st time using them and our driver Isac was fantastic. Professional, beautiful Limo and a great driver. Sergio is the best! He drove my son and his date to prom.
