I purchased a handmade item from this site and had a special request, which they gladly accommodated. Although they acted quickly & shipped my item, international shipping was taking its sweet time. When I became worried that it might be lost, they did everything they could to help out. Turns out it was just a post office thing and nothing to do with their performance. I love the piece I purchased and haven't taken it off since it was delivered. Beautiful and interesting/unique jewelry that feels quite personal, since it's not mass produced.
