The coaches at Silver 7 are amazing. Knowledgeable, approachable and caring. This is a wonderful, family-oriented martial arts facility and I highly recommend it to anyone wanting to try kickboxing for the first time or anyone wanting to get back into it. The classes are fantastic and the coaching is excellent. It was wonderful to be in a setting where I was comfortable, welcome and had access to quality instruction. Coaches Etienne and Chris lead a great class and are always roaming when students are paired off, checking your form, making sure you understand the move and offering constructive feedback. I originally started at Silver7 doing the Kickboxing and HIIT classes to improve my overall health. With the help / motivation of the amazing Coach Staff, I have lost weight and am feeling more energized. Now with this extra energy, I have started doing Brazilian jiu-jitsu and am loving every moment of it.
