I have worked with several design firms over the years in Boston, New York, Palo Alto, and now Miami.  Most firms are great on your initial project but over time they become complacent with your account.  That is defintely not the case with Daniel Silva and his firm Silva Heeren.   First, Daniel really took the time to get to know us a his client.  He wanted to understand the mission, vision, and culture of our business but he didn't spend hours on "consultant speak" to accomplish this.  He simply listened and observed our operations.  Second, he is a great designer!  He is creative but is open to ideas we non-designer types may have.  When they are good ideas he incorpates them and when they are not, he doesn't make you feel stupid for putting them on the table.  But, most importantly his work works!  We have had great results from both his print and web design work. He has always worked within our budget but is honest about what realistic budget expectations should be.  He is a fantastic designer and we will be a client of his for a long time to come! More...
