The Pediatric ER Manager provides facilitation and direction to the multidisciplinary pediatric trauma service line. Primary focus will be developing, implementing and monitoring systems to enhance care of the pediatric trauma patient population and their families. The Pediatric Trauma Program Manager works in close collaboration with the Trauma Program Director (TPD) and the Trauma Medical Director (TMD), effectively promoting the goals of the program, qualifying all care and system issues and optimizing patient care across the age and injury spectrum.
