My husband and I own and operate an HR consulting company and we specialize in assisting small to mid-size businesses that currently are without HR support. We assist in all areas of HR support such as HR file audits, payroll administration and management, recruiting (including screening applicants and documentation management) policy development, employee relations, creation or updating employee handbooks, investigations, providing guidance to managers regarding employee issues or concerns, compliance with HR laws, and general on-call HR support. We can also assist with compensation review, job description creation and performance management. We regularly work with clients remotely via conference calls, web meetings and other methods of collaboration.

We offer real world, practical solutions that are customized to each client’s needs. Whether an organization lacks experience in a specific area, or needs additional resources for a particular assignment, we can help. Our range of services can offer one-time support or serve as an ongoing resource to consult, guide and implement a number of human resource functions, both in person and remotely.
