Have to make this short and sweet. I was Branch Manager by the owners request. Owners request due to the then Brach Manager leaving with short notice leaving the owners with no time to interview a replacement. I took the job to help them out. I achieved all numbers each month and had the highest officer of the month wins of any manager before me. Yet that was not enough for the three stooges of Rick Mark and Jeff. They planned my replacement behind my back due to wanting a younger Female with a different ethnic background and could find no other way to do it but lie about my management ability. Now keep in mind that they also gave me two separate bonuses for doing a great job according to them but because they want to make a younger change they used false excuses to demote me. Oh by the way my pay did not change. How does that happen when your told your being replaced and demoted because they were not happy with me? Go ahead corporate CEO. Check it out. My information is accurate. These same clowns had a Walmart account and took away most of my patrol officers to work it leaving me short handed and then blamed me when patrol accounts were lost. This is exactly what this company does to clients as well. They are short with staff so instead of sending a patrol to actually look for negative issues they will drive throughout the property in about three minutes and charge a client for a full patrol. That is the was this company works. Do not use them! I know how they operate. Trust me. I can prove everything that I state here and it’s not because I’m bitter. It’s because people need to know the truth. I will be glad to send the CEO pay stubs showing my bonuses as well to prove what cheep liars the owners of franchise 36 are. I have nothing to hide. I am working in a much better position now also. Again do yourself a favor. Do not work or hire this company especially the clowns of franchise 36!! More...
