We approached Signa Marketing about 8 months ago. When we started, we found a need for a website, so I created one myself. It looked okay but did not have much activity. I approached Signa Marketing and a few other website/marketing agencies looking to make an update. My big concern was return. I did not want to invest money into a website that was just going to look pretty. We want traffic. So we met with Signa, listened to their approach and game plan, and was very pleased in what they had to offer. I do not believe in trying to sneak around or trick Google. They share that same belief so I decided to move forward. A month later I had an awesome website, I was stoked. That's not where they impressed me though. I knew they could build a great website, but was it going to bring in leads. Fast forward about 6 months. Business is unbelievable! We are busy! If you search our company on Google we come up in the organic results!! Just off website leads it has paid for itself in only half a year! About a week ago I got a email from Signa Marketing. They wanted to let me know that my forms page was not working. I am completely blown away that they caught that and on top of that helped me fix it in less than hour. It is nice knowing they have our back. I am beyond glad we choose Signa Marketing to help us create/maintain our website and marketing. Big or small I would highly recommend Signa Marketing to any business looking to improve their online presents! More...

What makes a great website?
The number one fact that makes a site great is when it fulfills it's actual purpose. A site that is designed and developed to address your target audience and deliver what ever it may be is key. If you are a publisher, then a site that is super engaging and easy to consume content would be considered a great site. If your website's purpose is to generate leads in the form of calls or form sign ups, then delivering your company's credibility, trust and value proposition will be critical, as well as making it close to zero effort to complete those actions from the user end.
What questions might you ask a client when starting a new project?
What is your business model and how did you get started with your venture? The reason why we ask these questions that have nothing to do with the functionality of a site, is because we need to understand the overall picture. Understanding the full picture allows us to really bring your brand to life from a design perspective, as well as possible site functionalities that your audience will really appreciate you for.
Describe your creative process.
Our creative process begins with a conducting a discovery meeting with you, in which we take you through a questionnaire to fully understand your business, your inspiration, vision, direction and goals. Once we have completed our initial discovery meeting, we move on towards creating a mood board to confirm on the look, feel, and personality of your brand. This process can be used for identity design, website design, branding, image ads and video ads.
