I am a female Personal trainer who offers a range of service but my main area is fat loss and building body confidence. I have experience of working with a range of different clients including obese clients, diabetics, pregnant and post natal clients, clients with arthritis and clients with mental health issues. I encourage a full lifestyle change as I understand exercise is only one element in reaching your dream body. I am extremely passionate about my job and this reflects in me pushing you hard towards your goals.

Ba (hons) management

Level 3 diploma in mat Pilates
Level 3 award in pre and post natal design
AFN certified applied nutrition and supplementation

I have been having P/T sessions with Sian for about 6 months . Before I went to the gym but didn't realise I wasn't pushing myself and wasn't seeing results .
Now working with Sian I am at last seeing results , great advise on my diet too !

Ever since I've started training with this fabulous lady she's guided me on the right path to nutrition and training . She has motivated me to become stronger and healthier and learn that results take time to appear . Nearly 20 weeks down the line I've lost 6% body fat and I'm so glad I'm finally seeing my shape change and become more toned.

I always said to Sian that when she qualified as a PT I would be her first client and I was! I trained with Sian for 6 months and saw a huge difference in my fitness, weight, body shape and general wellbeing. Having suffered a bad injury with my foot, I was gutted that I had to take time out from the gym especially as I felt I was really starting to get somewhere, however after around 8 months out I am well and truly ready to get back to it! Sian has taken care to tailor my exercise plans around my foot while we build up my strength and balance, and encourages me to do exercises that I would not ordinarily do by myself. She is knowledgable and puts a lot of time and effort into planning every session we have together, and I genuinely look forward to them even if I am struggling to get off the floor afterwards! Sian first helped me by doing me a gym programme to help me lose weight along with a diet, then I signed up for sculpt in 8 having the nutritional and workout advice to point me in the right direction! How do you help your clients achieve their fitness goals?

I encourage a full life style change. I don't just offer pt sessions, I include nutrition advice and advice on how to make other areas of your life healthier. I am strict on ensuring you are performing exercises correctly to make sure you don't get injured but also to get the most out of your workouts. I like to push you hard but also understand life is about balance, nobody wants to be eating just chicken, rice and brocolli! We need to find sometbing that works for you!

What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?

Good nutrition, consistency and learning to love what you have whilst you work towards what you want

What do you love most about your job?

I love seeing my clients grow in confidence as they start to see changes in their appearance, I am lucky enough to have helped numerous clients achieve great physical results, but to me it's more rewarding when I have helped a client overcome something mentally!

What inspired you to start your own business?

During my late teens and early twenties I suffered with eating disorders. I guess I learned the hard way how much having a bad relationship with food and a bad sense of body image can affect everything from your confidence to relationships and even start to affect your work and other aspects of your personal life. During my recovery I fell in love with the gym, it taught me that if I put my mind to it I can achieve anything. It made me physically strong but more importantly it made me mentally strong. This strength helped me to overcome my issues. I decided after recovering I wanted to help others overcome obstacles using exercise, so I quit my very well paid job to become a trainer and I haven't looked back since. It was the best decision I've made.

Because I understand how mentally tough it can be to have no body confidence. I'll work with you to help you over come these battles. I am so passionate about what I do and believe this reflects in my clients and work. I will get you where you want to be but we need to work as a team!
