Please be careful with this company they are a scam I was taking a vantage because I’m a woman and because of my previous situation in my home. Not to mention they were the most expensive I found online so I figure they’ll be the best at what they do boy was I wrong. I hired them to do a bug swept and a TSCM deep search from wall-to-wall from top to bottom from wire to Bluetooth From backyard to fence to attic to roof windows furniture everything your name for the price of $1,750. Well I’m so disappointed Matt showed up and it was nothing like Steve said to me it was all BS. Matt didn’t have the equipment or a CPM-700.So disappointed basically Matt Only glanced At my master bedroom And bathroom and walk through the kitchen And glance at my backyard in seconds Most of the 40 minutes Matt was outside in my Front yard standing next to my car. Matt didn’t check my fence roof attic vents AC inside my cars my walls my windows my furniture Wi-Fi Bluetooth phone line computer PC my devices Wires or my phone or my Garage or third room he didn’t check anything or my camera system device and Matt didn’t Turn off my house electricity power. Matt did absolutely nothing and his Partner showed up about 10 minutes only To glance At my master bedroom and middle room and walk through my kitchen straight outside with us In seconds just to fake it and get paid. It Took Matt less than 40 minutes unbelievable to Glance at my house and His partner 10 minutes just to come and Glance and get pay. Steve told me my home would take 2 to 4 hours for a deep search it took Matt less than 40 minutes and his Partner under 10 minutes. Now Steve is denying he told me that. I Called Many Investigator’s before this company and they told me it would take about 5 hours for my property. I Have sent messages to Matt and talk to Steve and Their partner many times to discontinue the investigation and to refund my money. They have refused to Close this investigation And continue with A report even though I’ve asked them many times I do not want a report I want them to close this case and refund me my money and for them to Charge me only the 40 minutes they were here to glance at my property. My walls weren’t scan or my windows or my attic or my wires or my furniture Man I’m so disappointed I wasted my income taxes on this company that didn’t do anything for my family or I.It’s too much money for 40 minutes just to glance at someone’s property and not do nothing. I have told Matt and His partner many times I don’t want To continue service with them or their report. I want my money back my money was refundable and now they’re saying it’s not refundable And that they told me that many times they are such liars they Never told me that Specially many times.
