Scott recently produced excellent plans for our bungalow extension. He came up with some great ideas in order to provide us with the best use of both the existing space and the additional space to be created. Scott also liaised with the local Planning Department and worked with them to produce an amended design. It was definitely not an easy road to achieve planning approval (for a number of reasons beyond Scott's control) but without him we are sure we would not have reached that point. We have now used Scott numerous times for a few different projects. Each time Scott was able to make suggestions which were practical when things wouldn’t fit into the correct area or space we had and was open to suggestions too after giving us many different ideas from our thoughts. We were recommended Scott from friends of ours. After a brief phone call to him, he attend our house on time and at a time that was convenient to us. He was polite and friendly. During our initial meeting we explained what we would like, and he explained about him and his company, and the services he offers. There was no pushy sales tactics, in fact quite the opposite. He made my wife and I feel very at ease. Once we agreed to work with him a few days later, he came back and measured up, and asked further detailed questions in regards to our ideas and specs. Only a week or so later, he returned with plans! They were fabulous and were above and beyond what we had thought of! He was also open to slight tweeks and suggestions. We agreed the plans, and then Scott submitted the planning application on our behalf. The plans were successful and we are now ready to build our new extension. Scott has kept in contact all the way through and answered all my emails and responded quickly. I could not be happier with the service I received from Scott, SHWilkinson Architects Limited. Scott actually worked tirelessly on my behalf for my best interest. He worked at extremely platinum/ Diamond standard. He is expert, professional and incredibly approachable, modest and down to earth - Excellent all round.Although, completed the designs, we are still in contact and he is giving me the best advise, beyond what we agreed and signed for. SHWilkinson Architects Limited,fought effortlessly to pass and approve my requirements with the council and we were absolutely satisfied with the final results.
