I have had the pleasure to work with Robin Donaldson and his staff for the last six years on five different projects , all have turned out incredible ! ! Robin really gets it , it's not very often you have the opportunity to work with an Archetect that not only is an amazing artist but can do the construction math at same time !! I have been a developer/builder in Santa Barbara for over 25 years and have worked with some of the largest ego's you can imagine so when I hired Robin to design three beachfront homes for me I was pleasantly surprised , ( more like blown away !! ) that his ego did not match his talent , I explained to him what my goals were and he not only listened but exceeded in meeting my expected criteria . Our most current project was a 56 unit high end student housing complex located adjacent to UCSB that won an archectecture award before we even completed the buildings !!
So to sum up my experience working with Robin and staff : stunning archectecture : simple to build : professional and very cognoscente of a budget regardless if its a custom beach home or residential income property : and just an over all great person and artist .
