Had to get an emergency wedding bouquet and 30mins before closing asked them if they can make me a simple rustic bouquet and the lady who answered gladly said yes. She asked me what flower I like and I told her peonies, but I do know that it's not in season, surprisingly they still have it. I just gave directions that I want some lavender color flowers and want it to be small and rustic.my fiance picked it up so when I got home that's when I saw the bouquet and it's so wonderful, they exceeded my expectations. I walked in not knowing exactly what I wanted, but I left with a beautiful bouquet of flowers that my girlfriend loved. The peony even bloomed while we were out, which the lady totally called ; ). I did quite a bit of research before deciding on a florist for my wedding and I'm so glad we went with Dallas and her team at Shu's Flowers. Dallas has great taste and a good eye for design but she listened to what I had envisioned for my wedding - I didn't give much direction and didn't have much of an opinion on how flowers at our wedding would be like other than I wanted to use edible fruits and vegetables so nothing would go to waste. Shu's flowers also has a program where they take leftover flowers from events to make bouquets and pieces to donate to hospitals. On the day of, all the bouquets were beautiful. Centerpieces were breathtaking with towering cherry blossoms. the Boutonierre's were super cute made with kumquats and herbs. I really had a very nice experience when I went to shopping for an arrangement for my girlfriend for the first time at this flower shop, the service was amazing. And the people really knows how to advice when it comes to a flowers and care of your arrangements. All the employees are very nice, with great attitude to serve you. I found Dallas from Shu's Flowers after my first florist (horrible referral from my venue) cancelled on us 30 days prior to our wedding date! That happened to be the biggest blessing during this whole planning process because she was not a good fit for my style and I knew it from the beginning ...and I was able to meet my dream florist, Dallas.Let me also start off by saying how picky and detail oriented of a person I am, going into this, I wanted to use specific gold vases that I had already made and had a specific vision. At my first meeting with Dallas, I shared my vision, I wanted a romantic, classy, ethereal and rustic elegant setting. I showed her my inspo photos, she was able to make us a sample with a day notice and from there, everything just fell into place. She understood my vision and she really took it to another level, she went above and beyond with every detail and it was all perfection. Every team member from Shu's are just as talented as Dallas. Their arrangements for everything from centerpieces to bouquets to the guestbook sign in table and even single bud arrangements were all of quality, from using interesting seasonal greens to having peonies, not one piece was bare minimum or basic, that's not their style and I appreciate all 100+ arrangements they made for our wedding. Shu's flower really saved my wedding because decor plays a huge part and it's all in the details! It was so hard for me to leave the venue that night, not because it was my wedding day but because the setting was breathtaking and I was so attached to the flowers lol. We used Shu's Flowers for our wedding and have zero regrets. Dallas and her team were amazing - I walked in the door with a few Pinterest photos and Dallas really took it to another level. Dallas takes her job seriously and her suggestions were always on point with my original ideas.  It's very obvious she cares about her work and that she's really good at it.  I gave her a basis of what to go off (mostly all white), but in the end, I told her to do whatever feels right within the budget.  On the big day, I was overwhelmed with how beautiful everything turned out and was pleasantly surprised with the pops of color that she included.  I couldn't praise Shu's Flowers anymore and am so grateful l wandered into her store. When it comes to getting fresh gorgeous flowers in the Chinatown/Little Italy/NoHo area nobody does it better than Mrs Shu and her ladies. I walked in the other day looking to spend about $35-40 on a handpicked bouquet for a birthday - a woman helped me immediately and listened to my needs. On the day of the wedding, I was excited to see all the flowers and my bouquet. I absolutely loved my bouquet made of all peonies with dusty miller accent. All my bridesmaids loved their bouquets as well. Even the guys loved their boutonnieres. I was able to walk into the reception ballroom before all the guests arrived and all the centerpieces I saw on the tables took my breath away. I was floored! It looked just as I imagined it to be. Dallas and her team made my vision come to life.
All my guests complimented on how pretty the flowers were and that it was the best centerpiece arrangements they've seen at weddings. At the end of the night, you could be sure all of the flowers were gone...all taken by our guests. Dallas and her team are amazing! Her little shop has the best looking flowers I've ever seen. I called from California very last minute yesterday to order a bouquet for a friend's birthday, and they came through FABULOUSLY. My friend sent me a photo of the bouquet they delivered, and it is exquisite!!! Price point is not cheap (although any good quality florist is a little pricey), but it was well worth it, because they are gorgeous quality, and very special looking (a nice variety of beautiful flowers thoughtfully arranged). I was looking for places around soho to get flowers for my dad for Father's Day. Now I'm a amateur at flowers and never actually given to anyone before but Shu was so nice and helpful about it! I was a total anti-bride, and left ordering the flowers for my wedding until a month before the event. Shu's Flower did an amazing job, even with the short notice. Shu's successfully helped me deliver a gorgeous thank you bouquet to a dear friend at her office in New York City.The "Independent" arrangement I chose for her elicited the following comment accompanying a photo of the flowers on Instagram: "[Miriam] knows how to send flowers better than all the boys I've ever dated. "To which, of course, my reply was #MissionAccomplished!I love modern, unique flower arrangements that I can easily purchase online. Shu's gets high marks for both. I chose the "Independent" because it promised to incorporate tropical flowers or a succulent (both of which my friend loves) but they also have a lovely selection of orchids, terrariums and unusual arrangements like preserved roses in a box.I also appreciated Shu's excellent communication, calling me when they couldn't deliver the day I ordered because it was too late and quoting me the time they would deliver the following day.I'd happily order flowers for delivery from Shu's again! Beautiful flowers and really helpful service!I popped in here after work to pick up a bouquet for a friend. The ladies were very kind and helpful in picking out the perfect bouquet (especially given that I had no idea what I was looking for! ). The result was  beautiful and got plenty of compliments later that evening! The service was very quick which was also greatly appreciated.The store also has a really good selection of succulents and air plants, both alone and in arrangements - I was particularly taken by a succulent inside a toy dinosaur which I think I may have to come back for! Really surprised at this hidden flower shop gem. Was walking through Little Italy and noticed this new flower shop on Mulberry. This is not your typical flower stores as they have unique flowers that I have never seen before along with air plants for us non-green thumb folks. Plus other small unique gifts.Walked in and was warmly greeted. No hassle and I asked for recommendation as I have move into a new apartment and wanted to add some green life to it. At the end, I got 2 nice air plant arrangements which my girlfriend loved :) Plus the price definitely are a steal vs. another flower shop that I saw in Tribeca. I also noticed that they do flower arrangements for special occasion and wedding. Already told the staff that I might consider them when it's time for my big day.
