I can honestly say that I don't know where to begin because my husband and I were so happy with Showrunner Events and Yesenia! !!! We were doing a backyard wedding which can be quite tricky, but Yesenia gave us the confidence we needed to move forward with doing what we wanted and helped so much in the planning process from the rentals to helping us understand what we could do with our space. She also provided super helpful suggestions based on her experience. On the actual day of the event, she helped our wedding dreams really come true. She made everything happen so seamlessly and it was such a delight to return to areas of the wedding that had been used for one thing and see them get completely transformed into a new space. It felt like a relaxed and flawless day and she was such a big part of us being able to let go and enjoy the experience. Can't recommend her enough!!!! More...

Showrunner events made may daughter and son-in-law's wedding a flawless delight from start to finish. We had the pleasure of working with Yesenia for many months leading up to the big day and her organizational and professional skills are second to none. Combine that with a sunny disposition and smiles every time you talk to her and that about sums it up. Her very thorough day-of planning questionnaire saved us many headaches and for a MOB who didn't think we needed a Day-of Planner boy was I ever wrong! Showrunner Events is hands down the best out there!!! We worked with Yesenia and team this past weekend as my husband and I ties the knot at Silverado Resort in Napa. From day 1 of working with Yesenia when we booked her months ago, to minutes before our wedding ending, she went above and beyond. We couldn't speak more highly of Yesenia as she was truly a one of a kind vendor. She was so responsive, hands on beyond belief, made sure our day was perfect, flawless, and everything we dreamed of and more. From simple things such as reminded us to get food, a drink, or even getting our drinks refilled while we were taking photos or mingling, to bigger details such as putting out mini fires including bumps in the schedule, or venue mishaps, she without a doubt did it all. Not only did she do it all but she made sure neither me or my husband had to worry or participate in resolving when issues did arise, and somehow seemed to fix them before we even knew they occured. This review really just displays some of the many amazing things we witnessed when working with Yesenia. I would without a doubt reccomend Showrunner events to anyone and everyone I know! More...

Yesenia was our day of planner for our wedding. She did a lovely job helping us coordinate our wedding. She had really good ideas and brought up things we never would have thought of at our walk through meeting. She made sure the most important things happened at our actual ceremony and reception. Yesenia is amazing! She planned my daughter's wedding in just 2 mos and it was amazing!!  The venue was the beautiful Buena Vista Winery and she coordinated everything with such ease.  She responded promptly to all emails and phone calls, make great recommendations, and was so friendly to all the family and guests! My husband and I hired Yesenia Beckman as our "day of" wedding coordinator and we could not have made a better decision. We loved working with Yesenia, who is extremely organized, prepared, patient, attentive and empathetic. Showrunner Events exceeded our expectations with the scope of work we contracted. We are confident based on the stellar service we received that Showrunner Events will deliver and you won't regret having them as part of your event planning team. Even though we only hired her as our "day of," Yesenia worked with us throughout the planning process and checked in frequently (even for a "day of" contract). She gave valuable suggestions, addressed our questions, and was very responsive by email. Whenever my husband and I asked questions or expressed potential concerns, Yesenia was able to sense our feelings and helped us to remain calm leading up to the day. On our wedding day, as the saying goes, "something will always go wrong," and naturally we had a few hiccups. However, you know a coordinator is doing his/her job when the bride and groom barely notices or when they do notice, the coordinator has magically handled the situation. We received so many compliments from our guests on the execution of the wedding and how everything was beautifully decorated. This review will be long but only because we have awesome things to say about Showrunner Events. For the abbreviated version, this is what you need to know: my husband and I hired Yesenia Beckman as our "day of" wedding coordinator and we could not have made a better decision. We loved working with Yesenia, who is extremely organized, prepared, patient, attentive and empathetic. Showrunner Events exceeded our expectations with the scope of work we contracted. We are confident based on the stellar service we received that Showrunner Events will deliver and you won't regret having them as part of your event planning team.Long version:After interviewing several coordinators in the Sonoma area, Yesenia stood out to us as someone who made us feel very comfortable and at ease to completely trust her with our special day, which is not easy for us as my husband and I can be very particular. We originally contracted Yesenia through Ooh La La Weddings but when she decided to start her own event planning business, we transferred our contract to Showrunner Events. It was no question that my husband and I wanted to stick with Yesenia. Even though we only hired her as our "day of," Yesenia worked with us throughout the planning process and checked in frequently (even for a "day of" contract). She gave valuable suggestions, addressed our questions, and was very responsive by email. Whenever my husband and I asked questions or expressed potential concerns, Yesenia was able to sense our feelings and help us remain calm leading up to the day. She followed up with all our vendors in advanced and offered to work with them directly on our behalf.On our wedding day, as the saying goes, "something will always go wrong," and naturally we had a few hiccups. However, you know a coordinator is doing his/her job when the bride and groom barely notices or when they do notice, the coordinator has magically handled the situation. For example, there was an incident where our drapery dividing the ceremony and reception space fell right before the guests arrival. Yesenia immediately contacted the production company and managed to get them to come and fix it asap without anyone really noticing that it had happened. We were impressed with how she remained calmed, pivoted quickly and handled such situations throughout the day. My husband and I, most importantly, were able to fully enjoy the special moments that day with each other and our loved ones.We received so many compliments from our guests on the execution of the wedding and how everything was beautifully decorated even though later we learned in the background that some things didn't go accordingly, but that just shows how Yesenia (and her assistant, Jasmine) was able to manage the entire wedding day for us and keep us on our ambitious timeline. Yesenia is so awesome! She was highly recommended and of course we could see why immediately. She was one of the first venders that we booked, and while booking the rest of our vendors (photographer, caterer, DJ) every single one was thrilled to hear that she was our coordinator. It was such a wonderful feeling to hear positive feedback from our other venders at the start of this whole process. She went above and beyond, anticipating our every move. She thought of a million little things that we would have never thought of. The day of, she ran the whole wedding seamlessly. It allowed us to relax and enjoy the evening with our guests. We had a few minor crisis's that she handled with grace (my bustle broke and my husbands pants were missing the main button holding them up). She was prepared with a sewing kit, so those two issues were only issues for about 5 minutes. Not only is she the kindest person, but she was truly a pleasure to work with. We can't say enough about how much we loved our experience with Yesenia! We live in Chicago and were planning a wedding in Sonoma, C,A so definitely needed someone to help with the long distance planning. She was so patient, accommodating and exceptionally detail oriented, keeping us on track for all the major milestones over the past year. Additionally, she was so knowledgeable about all of the best vendors in wine country and had great relationships with them, which also helped! Yesenia went above and beyond what we had originally planned for and did a wonderful job making our vision of a Sonoma wedding come to life! I started looking for a wedding planner a year and a half before my wedding date. My husband and I had the hardest time finding one. We went to many interviews but none of them seemed to have what we were looking for.Until we met Yesenia. She is professional, extremely organized and sweet. I mean, what else can you ask for? We planned our whole wedding from out of state and Yesenia made the whole process stress free. She made me feel special as a bride, which is very important, made me feel calm and relieved that everything was taken care of. I couldn't have asked for a better wedding planner. She crossed everything off my "perfect wedding planner list". She's extremely organized, on time, replies to emails with care and attention and she goes above and beyond to make sure things are going as smoothly as possible. She helped me bring my vision to life with the decoration, made sure everything was how I wanted and dreamed of. On the wedding day, she had everything under control and I wasn't worried not even once! Sometimes I needed something done just to find out Yesenia had already done it. She always goes the extra mile to help and make sure you are happy with everything! I'm a true believer some people are born to do something specific in life and this is exactly what Yesenia is supposed to be doing. We booked yesenia through her old wedding coordination company recommended by our venue, but she had transitioned for working at her own company during the midst of our wedding planning. Yesenia made the transition so smooth that it was like it didn't even happen. Yesenia was accommodating of everything we asked of her and offered extremely valuable expertise. I think technically yesenia was our "day of" coordinator but it honestly felt like she was so much more than that. I had quite a lot of small details and personal touches throughout our wedding and she set them all up beautifully. She had awesome ideas that helped us make our wedding very personal for us. Her personality was upbeat and friendly, as well as professional. I couldn't have imagined doing this with anyone else helping me through such a large event, and she managed to pull off the day with no headaches, or last minute emergencies. She even had to deal with last minute changes to the ceremony and timeline. She reached out to our vendors as we got closer to the day and created our wedding timeline, which sounds like one of the hardest things to do when planning a wedding. Having her there to handle all of the last minute logistics was a life saver. Yesenia was hired to be our wedding planner. She went above and beyond to make my wedding perfect. She contacted all the venders, created the wedding timeline, and really listened to my thoughts about what my perfect wedding would be. She went to Encore with me to help me choose linens and table settings. I trusted her to take all my decor and put it where it would looked nice. She was great at communicating through email and helped answer any last minute questions! It felt like she was extended family and I am sad that my wedding is now over. She made sure I had everything I needed all day and I appreciate everything she did. She did an incredible job! My wedding wouldn't have gone as smoothly or as beautiful without her. More...
