Shore Movements is more than just a gym it is an Amazing experience I highly suggest calling and signing up for a challenge don’t miss out you will learn so much about yourself eating healthy changing your lifestyle and feeling great on the daily weather there or not the trainers are awesome and it change my life

This program is amazing! If you follow through with it and listen to the knowledgeable trainers you can and will reach your fitness goals. I trusted them, followed the program, and in 6 weeks I was down 8.2% body fat and lost 11 pounds! The diet is easy to follow and the classes are a lot of fun. I just finished my six week challenge with Shore Movements and it was hard but I survived with help from my wife and the incredible staff at Shore Movements. I believe people will join Shore Movements for one of two reasons either to lose weight or get in shape. I joined to get in shape, but I also lost weight. I feel the best thing about Shore Movements is the personal touch the classes are between six and seven people so you feel like you have your own personal trainer and nutritionist. I also realize each person in the class are at different fitness levels and each trainer works within your level feel if I can do the workouts any one can. I highly recommend it. More...

Shore Movements Is a top notch fitness studio in an awesome location. Every single trainer is super knowledgeable and passionate about what they do. They really care about their clients and build a relationship with each of them. The staff is so friendly, you never feel intimidated going in there. Just completed the six week challenge. It was such a great experience. Six weeks flies by. Mike and Jess are amazing coaches who keep class fun but challenging at the same time. If you’re looking for a supportive, friendly and professional training gym experience. You have found it! Mike and Jess are wonderful and highly motivating coaches who care about their clients. The 6 week weight loss challenge was an amazing experience, for me life changing. The meal plan, accountability, training with a team and emotional support from the coaches was impressive. If you’re seriously looking to change your life to a healthy you this is the place to do it! Trust me you will want more when you complete the challenge. And they have that too! I have been a client of Mike's for a year now and signing up with him was one of the best things I have committed to! When I signed up I was always at the gym doing excessively cardio and obsessing over losing the baby weight (I have a toddler who is 2 1/2 now). Mike set a plan that was suitable to my needs along with a meal plan to help assist with a healthier diet. He is extremely flexible when it comes to scheduling and always finds a way to fit me in, especially with my crazy mom schedule! At times when I did not have a babysitter he encouraged me to bring my daughter and we did a few Mommy-Me exercises! ShoreMovements is Toddler Friendly! He has been there cheering me the whole way on my weight loss journey and I have seen definition in my body that I haven't seen since my 20s! He is amazing! I dragged into ShoreMovements, weak, tired, and pretty flabby. Jess had me energized in short order by encouraging me to keep showing up and doing as much as I could. Jessica at ShoreMovements is beyond an amazing trainer. I'm over 60 and have had trainers in the past and there's no comparison. I've methodically used weight machines and never achieved close to what I've achieved in a short time with Jessica. She spends 45 minutes at my side, encouraging me, following my every move and correcting me. Every exercise uses multiple muscle groups. After 45 minutes with Jessica it's a full workout. I am lifting 10 pound dumbbells, doing multiple squats with weights, push-ups, using pulleys with weights, bands, and some boxing. I've never been stronger in my life. And on top of all this, we talk and laugh and before I realize it, we're stretching and she's giving me a high five. I thought I would go for 3 months, and after 6 I'm not stopping. 10 stars for Jessica. And, Mike, the owner is a great guy too. Motivation. Discipline. Inspiration. 3 words that greatly describe Shore Movement and Mike. Just about 2 months ago I needed that extra push to reach my goals. Going to Mike was exactly what I need. Not only has he helped scuplt my body but He has helped me control my diet and focus on eating patterns. He is 100% there for you to help transform your body. Super accommodating to schedules. THIS is what you’ve been looking for. After working out for many years at various gyms, cross-Fit, group classes etc, I am finally in the best shape of my life thanks to Mike and Shore Movements. Mike’s knowledge, dedication, personal attention and guidance has made the difference and helped me obtain results that I’ve struggled to achieve for years; in three months I have made greater progress than at all the other places I’ve tried combined. Mike has been great! Immediately you feel welcome and get a sense of commitment from him. He is dedicated to improving your overall well being. Training with Mike has given me an entirely new outlook on what I considered working out. I'm very happy with Mike and his approach towards training. Plus he's a really cool guy.
