What makes a great website?
A great website has clean lines and draws your audience in while linking to the other marketing platforms. A great website has appealing photos, good use of color and a compelling call to action. A great website captures your potential customers email address and welcomes them into your community. A great website should have high conversion and retention rates by pulling the visitor into your community.
What questions might you ask a client when starting a new project?
I'd like to know what the end goal is; sell your product, get your product out to the masses, raise awareness, etc. From there, I'll want to know their web address and what social media platforms are being used. Beyond that I want to know the person, their personality and what they want their brand to convey. Fun and fresh, refined and classy, etc.
What do you love most about your job?
I love helping business owners take their business' to the next level. The exhilaration of selling product/s, gaining follower, creating a living breathing community that supports the business and the brand and increases my clients revenue and/or over all goals.
What inspired you to start your own business?
After 20 years in the technology sector, I learned the ins and outs of social media on the corporate stage. I also owned a online retail shop and sold via ecommerce before ecommerce was cool. Social media and technology is my passion and I love sharing it in meaningful ways.
