Lisa at shore love is the absolute best! I have booked several vacations with her and they were all great...but she went above and beyond to make our honeymoon perfect! I have nothing but amazing things to say about my experience with Lisa from Shore Luv Travel. My husband and I booked our honeymoon with Lisa, relying entirely on her to book us the best all-inclusive resort after she talked with us about some of places we wanted to visit and things we wanted to do. We wanted to relax (and drink!) but also be able to do some activities - like water sports - and excursions. She recommended Mexico and showed us some resort options and we stayed at the one that she highly recommended, Excellence Playa Mujeres Resort. She let us know right away how much the trip would cost with airfare and even got us upgraded seats! She booked our private transportation to and from the airport and to from the airport in Mexico to the resort. It was so nice not having to all do this. When we arrived at the resort, we were completely blown away with how beautiful it was and how amazing the staff was! This was the best vacation of our lives! Lisa helped my bridesmaids book me a surprise camel excursion gift and we had a blast riding camels through the maroma forests and beaches. From the second we talked to Lisa we trusted her entirely. She was confident we would like the resort and we loved it! She prepared us for our trip with all of the needed travel documents and made sure we were ready to go a few days before. She also gave us some fun gifts before we left that we found very thoughtful and really appreciated! When I did have questions while in Mexico, she responded quickly and was able to help right away. Lisa made this such a fun and easy experience for us. We didn't have to worry about anything! Thank you so much Lisa! I will definitely always be booking my travel with Shore Luv Travel! More...
