What’s your signature dish?
I have several dishes I am very proud of making and cooking.
I travel to enjoy good food, and like to experiment my own twist on dishes I have tried from different places.
I can name a few my customers love and want again and again !!!

Spicy scotch eggs.
Jamaican chicken, lime and mango kebabs.
Thai sweet chilli crab cakes.
Blue stilton mousse/ smoked salmon mousse on croutons or in tartlets.

How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
I like to know the type of customers which are attending a event / party etc, so I can create the perfect food for that chosen group of people. I like to give the customers choices of different dishes, menus, so we can work together to create the right food for their event.
What do you love most about your job?
I love creating and planning new dishes all the time. I have a passion for food and enjoy cooking, which is a great hobby for me. It gives me great satisfaction to get excellent feedback off my customers.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I have always working in the catering trade since leaving school / catering college.
I have worked and ran management positions for several years for large organisations, restaurants and hotels.
It was the next step for me to be running my own business in what I love doing.
Why should our clients choose you?
I have repeat customers for large companies ranging all over Gloucestershire as well as repeat private clients.
My menus are different, exciting and interesting, as well as new dishes being added to menus on a regular basis.
My company has been running for over 19 years, with a wealth of experience.
