Dr Hamssa Mansour is amazing!!!I actually look forward to going to the dentist because of her. She is a true professional and does her job brilliantly. On every occasion she has been generous with her time and advice on follow-on upkeep of my dental health. She even does teeth cleaning herself which I have never had performed by a dentist only by a hygienist. A cherry on top is that she is so fun to talk to, not something I usually associate with dentists. She is completely down to earth and always leaves me with a big smile on my face. Its rare that I can give an excellent review about a dentist, however I can about Dr Hamsa Mansour. She truly cares about her patients, and also provides excellent professional dentistry. Feeling embarrassed I visited the dentist for the first time in many, many years. I've not taken good care of my teeth and was worried what the dentist would say. Dr Mansour is patient, friendly and very, very understanding. Not at all like my memories of dentists. After a thorough exam, she went through all the options available to me, she understood where money was an issue and left the decisions to me. We have agreed on a treatment plan that I'm really excited about.The dental nurse and the front desk staff were also wonderful. The service I received at this practice is second to none! After visiting many practices and told that my case was too difficult and my deadline is too short, I decided to visit Shirland dental practice as my last resort. I met Dr Hamssa Mansour who was extremely experienced and reassuring and at this point I knew I was in safe hands. She worked overtime to meet my needs and met my tight deadline. I was able to attend my wedding feeling my best and I cannot stop smiling now. If you want incredible service and the smile you have always dreamed of then this is the place to go. I had to have an emergency wisdom tooth extraction and was absolutely petrified at the concept of having a tooth pulled for the first time. I was seen for the first time on Monday, and booked in to have my procedure on Wednesday. Everyone at Shirland Dental was incredibly welcoming and reassuring, even throughout my (many) concerns. At no point did I feel rushed or silly for being afraid. The practice is superb, the service is unparalleled to any other experience I've had. The tooth was out in less than 2 minutes - THE DREAM. Fantastic practice! I came across this practice through a Groupon offer. Although it was further away than I'd usually travel, the deal was good so I gave it a go. From my 1st consultantation with Dr Hamssa I could tell that I'd made the right decision. She made me feel at ease and was very welcoming. Within a few minutes she had suggested that the treatment I had chosen might not be the best option and offered me a couple of other options, both of these options were significantly cheaper and it was instantly clear she had my best interest at heart. Within a couple of months of having time to get used to my treatment I decided that after all I would like the initial treatment and sent her an email asking what my options were. I was offered the chance to go back for free and change to my original option and only pay the difference from the Groupon price (despite the offer finishing). I have since had the treatment and my teeth look fantastic. Although the practice is a little further away than usual for my dentists I will be coming back when ever I need treatment.
