What do you love most about your job?
“It doesn’t matter what we do, or where, we bring lots of enthusiasm, lots of passion and until we hand a project over to customers, it’s our baby,” says Shire Homes director and master builder Mike Parsley.

This is a letter to thank Shire Homes for their efficient and very high standard of work. I live in the Midlands but own a very old stone holiday cottage in Cumbria which I had decided to upgrade. Shire Homes replaced all of the windows on the front of the cottage with high quality wooden windows, expertly fitted. They also fitted new work surfaces in the kitchen and redecorated throughout, which really lifted the property. I was extremely impressed since, due to work commitments, I was unable to go to Cumbria to choose any of the new products or paints but I was kept informed at all the stages of the refurbishment and felt extremely comfortable with them handling the whole project.
