We have been using Shinelastic's cleaning services for almost one year now. I have pretty robust cleaning needs with multiple short term rentals, my business office, and my personal residence. The Shinelastic team has never missed a beat, which is really impressive considering all of the moving parts. They are tech savvy, nimble, and always provide a great level of detail in their cleaning. We haven't had lower than 5 stars with our guests.
