H’s Values Exercise was a revelation. My passions and drives are almost the opposite to the job I currently have. I have finally gained clarity on the me I want to be. Two years on from Shift Coaching with H I am on the brink of launching my own sports therapy business. A far cry from the broken, tired and confused woman struggling to find her purpose in the public sector in London. I could never have imagined the dramatic and wonderful turns life has taken in such a short time due to being empowered by some of the exercises and revelations I had with H.
