I had a great experience at Shields dental clinic!! Very friendly helpful staff team! I just got my 6 month smile braces on last week and when I rang about them been sore with braces they told me come in for appointment on that day with Dr Joseph who was extremely helpful and nice ,turns every thing was fine anyway. !I'm just getting used to them! . Dr Christina is a fantastic orthodontist who put on my braces and I can't wait to see the finishing result plus the place is very modern and spotless. My son had some work done here as his first visit to a dentist which carried some anxiety but Dr.Hardy and each assistant did a great job of making him feel relaxed and welcome. work needed was clearly explained after consultation and the best way to go about treatment considering they were dealing with a young child. very patient and explained everything as we went along, very kid friendly, little play room for kids while you wait, nice and clean environment throughout.and high quality of dentistry was performed during each visit, Receptionists were very polite and professional. affordable pricing and appointments are convenient with it being open on weekends. Parking is close to the building and usually there's a few spaces available. All in all I'd recommend to anyone but especially for young kids. My 5 year old no longer has any fear or anxiety about the dentist having been through a pleasant experience. 10/10 More...

All Shields' staff are friendly, in particular, the receptionist, Jill. She was helpful when it came to making appointments which were convenient. Cormac was my dentist and he explained each procedure clearly in advance so I knew what to expect for my next appointment. Customer parking is quite convenient. Great location and parking nearby - this is what attracted me at first. I don't think anyone loves going to the dentist, but everyone I have met at Shields go out of their way to make you feel at ease. Cormac could not have been nicer, he always made me feel comfortable and regularly checks in with you during a procedure to see that you are still ok. I have also dealt with Evelyn, she has such a calming nature and that rubs off on you. The reception staff are always friendly. I was a patient at Shields under Cormac Shields. Not only was he extremely personable but I was always made to feel at ease and welcome. Special mention to Evelyn the hygienist and the staff in reception who always made the atmosphere so warm and friendly. Any trepidation I might have had disappeared as soon as I walked in the door. As a very nervous patient I had been putting off going to the dentist for a long time ,my old veneers needed to come off and a new set to be put on . After a consultation with Cormac he gave me options that I had never even thought possible with veneers! MY SON AARON HAS BEEN A PATIENT SINCE HE WAS 4. 11 YEARS NOW. HE LOOKS FORWARD TO HIS CHECKUP AND CLEANING TWICE A YEAR.
