Just want to give a shout out to Sheri Goodman Graham for her coaching and support in transitioning to a plant based lifestyle. It wasn’t easy for me. I am almost 60 yrs old. I didn’t wake up one day and just make the switch. Going to a plant based diet was a deliberate decision to make an improvement in my health. And even though I was committed and intellectually knew it was the right thing to do, I have to admit, I still liked meat and all those other things that are evil for your body - like white sugar and white flour and white rice. I needed support to make the change so I reached out Sheri. Sheri helped motivate me to keep going and gradually replace what I was eating with healthy foods and move to a much healthier diet. She delivered just the right words of encouragement, at the right time,in such a kind, loving and positive way!! While working with Sheri over the course of two years I also started exercising, lost 40 pounds, my joints feel better, my mobility improved, and most importantly, my A1C and other blood panels are better than they have EVER been in the 10 years since I have keeping records. I feel better, I look better, and I have tons more energy. All I can say is do it for yourself, do it for your health, do it for your quality of life! It’s so worth it. Sheri was extremely patient and gave my boys time to transition into all the new food habits they needed to develop and food types they needed to add to their diet to put on muscle weight. I've only just hired Sheri after having a FANTASTIC consultation with her, where I felt an instant energy connection with. A healthy diet is the most important thing for your body -mind- spirit. Eating a whole food plant based diet is the healthiest diet on the planet! Once you give up animal products and processed foods your health improves and so does your life. Food is good medicine!

Changing peoples lives is what I love most about my job. To see people reverse diabetes, over come cancer, improve heart disease, to stop taking medications, lose weight and improve joint pain with less inflammation. Now these kind of life changing results makes my job the best thing in the whole wide world for me to witness on a daily basis.

I started eating a healthy vegan whole food plant based diet to reduce my cholesterol. I refused to take a statin. After seeing my health results and years of studying vegan healthy diets I want to share my knowledge and teach others how to eat the healthiet diet on the planet.
