I recently was asked by a friend “What is a Life Coach and what do they help with.” My simple answer was “LIFE.”
I found Shelli during a time in my life where I felt STUCK.
I didn’t know what to do with all my ideas, I didn’t see myself as someone worthy of really much, I compared my life to everyone’s else’s and I didn’t like feeling this way. A friend of mine referred me to Shelli and OMG did she ever have a way of helping me and encouraging me. She would ask all the right questions and she had tangible tools for me to see a way through the “Stuck Process.” In the midst of my first few sessions I went through a sudden pregnancy loss (my second one).
Life Happened. Now WHAT?! Well, thank GOD I was already seeing a Life Coach.
The truth be told there are A LOT of “LIFE COACHES” out here but it’s a matter of finding those ones who understand LIFE and have a healthy outlook on life to help you navigate through your own. Shelli IS this Life Coach. She has the healthiest outlook on LIFE. She acknowledges what she has personally been through and what she is currently walking through and applies that to her everyday work. Now, she is not only helping me and my family but my extended family and my friends too.
When one decides “I am worth it.” You become a magnet for others to want the same thing. Because heck WE ARE ALL WORTH IT!!!
Do yourself the favor. Invest into yourself. Shelli is hands down the best Life Coach. I promise you, You will thank Yourself because of it.

What do you love most about your job?
I fully embrace the notion that life is 10% what happens to us and 90% how we respond to it. So many people spend their years sleepwalking through life and not giving thought to what their true happiness means. So when they begin to awaken and find joy it's like they've seen the sun rise for the first time!
What inspired you to start your own business?
It’s been said the average person changes careers about five times in a lifetime. Becoming a life coach is number six for me. But I'm a real entrepreneur at heart - and have owned a number of businesses since I left corporate America. This is the perfect spot where my entrepreneurial spirit intersects with my desire to help people on their self-improvement journey.
