Went here for a "Ronald Reagan Dinner!" The staff performed their tasks very well! Cleared dishes right away to ready for the next course. The Chef did a wonderful job on our main meal, the "hors d'oeuvres" delicious! There's a beautiful banquet room for your big event and the VIP room a little smaller for that more private party your looking to give. There are quite a few steps to the main banquet and VIP rooms. I was informed there is an elevator for those who are handicapped. Good job Martin you have a beautiful establishment and I understand you fed the police officer whose duty it was to protect the integrity of the event. A nice gesture of appreciation!Thank You! IT HAS BEEN A LONG TIME SINCE I HAVE HAD BUFFET STYLE FOOD AS GOOD AS THE SERVINGS AT THE "SHELBY GARDENS" - FOR A POST FUNERAL MASS LUNCHEON, I THOUGHT THEY DID A FABULOUS JOB * EVERYTHING WAS ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS - WELL PREPARED - SET OUT IN A CONVENIENT SELF SERVE MANNER - THE STAFF WAS VERY ACCOMMODATING / FRIENDLY & HELPFUL * IT WAS A PERFECT MID-DAY MEAL & ATMOSPHERE AFTER A VERY SOMBER SITUATION - I FELT THE STAFF WAS VERY COGNIZANT OF THE SITUATION & RESPECTED THE FEELINGS OF THE FAMILY BEAUTIFULLY * EXTREMELY WELL DONE "SHELBY GARDENS" *

I am very happy we decided to use Shelby gardens for our wedding reception. They bent over backwards for us and made sure we were extremely happy. I probably called Rachel every other day to change or fix something and she helped every single time. The beer selection was important to my husband and they ordered special beer for us and apparently had an extra one for when we ran out(it probably wasn't for us, but it was nice that it was there for when we ran out). They made sure the night of that everything was going well. Such a beautiful venue as well. Everything was fantastic!!! More...

Large room with round tables covered in crisp white linens. Most halls of this size are drafty and cold. Not Shelby Gardens! Restrooms handy yet very private, sparkling clean and nicely appointed. Parking is great and the huge covered front door allowed several cars at a time able to unload in comfort. Lots and lots of staff provided and each person was very well dressed, kind, helpful and always smiling! More...
