Hands Down The BEST!!I've been going to Sheddon for 2.5 years now, working with Mitch Baldissarelli. I originally visited Sheddon to help an old nagging injury, a herniated disk in my lower back. I competed as an Amateur in Long Drive (Golf) and wanted to make a run at competing professionally but wasn't able to do so with the condition my back was in. After less than 6 months of working with Mitch I turned Pro and have been competing in The World Long Drive for the past 2 seasons. Amazing people. After I herniated my disc, I was immobile - couldn't walk/sit/drive. After a few visits at Sheddon, Jason and Dana were able to get me up an moving within days and feeling almost normal after only a few months. We want to thank everyone at Sheddon for their continuous support for our son Nathan. Shout out to Dr. Aiken, Dr. Jason Kobrick and Alicia Jury for take amazing care of Nate, keeping him focus and reminding him the process and long term goals. You taught him patience and reminding him the what's ahead.

Nathan had recovered well and had been able to return to play with his soccer team this summer. This weekend, Nathan and his team won the Ontario Cup and will be heading off to Nationals 2016.

Dana, Jason and the staff at Sheddon are wonderful people. I can only speak to Dana and Jason as it pertains to rehab but these two individuals are exceptional clinicians. I went to Dana and Jason after my shoulder surgery. I had torn my labrum in my shoulder and I could not throw a baseball at all. I was playing baseball at a collegiate level and my injury was keeping me off the mound. Within 6 months of having my surgery, I was back and throwing harder than I had before my injury. Erin treated my son several years ago for a knee injury he sustained in football. She was the only one who said he needed to see a surgeon. And she was right. Even sick kids missed it. Fast forward a few years and we're back with a concussion. Once again, totally thorough and totally attentive. He was sent back to school way to early and now here we are! My family has used Sheddon Physio for many years now. They have helped both my daughters through various foot,ankle,knee ,hip,wrist and concussion ailments. In my specific case I have had several "Humpty Dumpty" events and Dana and team have answered the bell each and every time and put me back together again. My latest event was involving my shoulder as my shoulder had continued to breakdown since Rotator Cuff surgery in 1997. Dr Aiken saw me and recommended me to an Orthopedic Surgeon and this culminated in total replacement surgery last October. I started physio sessions with Beth and Mitch in January and have attended these sessions 2 times per week since. The recovery has been incredible as my arm is doing things not done for many years given the previous condition. My team at work knew on Tuesday mornings that I had attended my Mitch session Monday night and was often very grumpy from pain but it was slowly progressing and now I am almost able to return to normal life again. I would be remiss if I didn't include both Sarah and Jenny here as they were responsible for the after session therapy that Mitch and Beth had completed.I would highly recommend Sheddon Physiotherapy and have to multiple friends and their families! Currently I am a varsity soccer player with the University of Waterloo, and last April, I suffered a knee injury while playing soccer which consisted of a full ACL tear, partial tears to my medial and lateral meniscus and micro fractures to the cartilage on my femur. I began treatment with Dana two days after I suffered the injury, and continued with him for three months while I waited for my surgery date, and progressed with him post-operation. I have just been cleared as fully recovered and able to return to play after only seven months, and I almost completely contribute this to the extensive amount of time he spent with me pre-operation.Because of all the work Dana and the Sheddon staff did for me, I am back to playing earlier than expected, and I am able to do so without the fear of re injury.
