This is the kind of small Shwarma place you imagine hitting up in the late night when you're real hungry and have an itch for something good and garlicky. It is very no frills and very obvious that they are there for one purpose: to serve delicious food. When I started my meal, I would have given it a 4 or a 4.5, but as I kept eating I appreciated it more and more. I got the lamb wrap, chicken wrap, and garlic fries. Highly recommend for gluten free, dairy free or vegetarian. They have a good selection of options, and all their sauces are amazing. It's honestly hard to pick a favorite, but their garlic fries and shawarma are fantastic and come with a very liberal amount of their garlic sauce. The chicken was delicious! The tahini wasn’t our style of sauce (gritty but nutty) but the Sweet N Chili is to die for, garlic is pungent but not overpowering when used sparingly. The rice was a little hard and the falafel a little dry but we ordered the sauces on the side and this was an Uber eats order so fresh would probably make a difference. The pita is delicious and Baba Ghanoush is good but could be less smokey. We got hot sauce instead of medium that we ordered and it was all spice, little flavor. We will definitely order again because the flavors and portions are great overall and we can work on sauce combinations. This place has become a favorite for me. There are some reviews claiming that the food is too spicy or too garlicky, but I think it's perfect. I highly recommend the lamb bowl and if you really like spicy food, ask them to make it spicy. If you "just like your food to be a little spicy" do NOT ask them to make it spicy. The portions are a great value for the money. The owner is regularly working behind the counter and is a pleasure to talk to.The atmosphere isn't the best in town but the food more than makes up for it.I recommend this place to anyone and everyone looking to break away from the chains in the area.
