My name is Amy, I am the head coach at SHAW FIT Complete Coaching.
I am currently offering 1-1 & 2-1 personal training services within Harpenden and online services to those who live further away. You would be provided with training plans (home and gym plan), added into a Facebook group strictly for online clients and you'd have access to SHAW FIT coaching staff 24/7 if you have any questions or are lacking in motivation.

I really don’t think that I had appreciated just what a difference it would make to have someone by your side to keep you motivated about regular trips to the gym and keeping active - especially someone so passionate about health and fitness, but it’s certainly made a difference to me.

I'm finding Personal Training with Amy inspiring and it's having the desired effect, as I've lost almost a stone and feel much more toned up and energetic.
Cath and I train together and Amy changes our exercises regularly to keep them motivating and interesting. She listens to any problems or concerns we might have and advises / modifies accordingly, providing feedback and advice after each of our sessions. She encourages us to contact her inbetween our sessions with feedback or queries.

I love working with Amy!!
When I approached Amy, it wasn't to lose weight or to slim down but to work alongside the other things I do and to help me become stronger and reach the goals I've set myself - slimming down and changing shape would be a byproduct and happen naturally as a result;
and it is happening! She comes up with a different way to work every single session and I never know what to expect - I never get bored! The sessions I have with Amy are hard but definitely worthwhile!! Amy is extremely supportive, motivating, encouraging and also interested! She invites feedback at the end of each session and also checks up a day or two after. I thoroughly recommend anyone who is thinking of using a PT to contact Amy, she is amazing!

Training with SHAW FIT is fantastic! I was given a training plan to complete in the gym and when I can't make it to the gym I complete the home training plan I was given.
When I am lacking in motivation the SHAW FIT coaches are always there to give me a boost and are there to answer my questions!
Best decision I ever made was to train online with SHAW FIT!

Amy really understands my needs as an athlete and always puts that into my schedule. As someone who competes outside of the gym, my regime always has to be specifically targeting and complimenting my running style.
