I lost a whopping stone and a half in 12-14 weeks. The fitness regime catered well for my injuries and the food plan was easy to follow and tasted great. I highly recommend Sharps fitness

Sean is a fantastic trainer and helped me to succeed with my rugby pre-season goals. He is a great motivator and very knowledgeable, and quickly put me on a programme which helped me achieve my goals. His app is also great and through it he sent me a number of workouts to use when I was abroad. He also helped develop my understanding of nutrition and helped me to address a number of reoccurring injuries which have plagued me over the years. Couldn’t recommend enough. More...

Having recently completed the Sharp Fitness 12 week transformation I've lost 8.5kg and I feel amazing. I've never stuck to a gym plan before this and typically I give up if I don't see results after the first few weeks but training with Sean was different. He taught me so much about nutrition and provided me with meal plans which were really helpful. He also scheduled workouts on his app which is really cool as I travel with work frequently and visit hotel gyms with limited equipment. Sean is an excellent PT and a genuinely really nice guy, I'd recommend him to anybody that is looking to lose weight and feel better. If I can do it anyone can! More...

I love the variation that Sean brings to his sessions. Every workout is clearly well planned and is different to the last. I've been training with a friend which has been great for extra motivation and Sean's showed us how to incorporate boxing into our workouts and I can honestly say I've never enjoyed getting fit more! Top trainer, highly recommended, 5 stars!!

I recently completed the 28 day challenge, and my aim was to drop a dress size by my wedding anniversary on 19th July. Just 2 weeks in and I'd met that aim. My other aim was to reach 74 kgs (was 78kg at the start) & I met that aim too. Training for boxing I was looking for a PT to help improve my speed, strength and conditioning. Sean was able to translate my goals into dynamic workouts that are always interesting and push me hard.
