I had an amazing pregnancy massage with Sharon today. I was in heaps of lower back and hip pain, and she focused on those areas to ensure I had the best result. By the time I left, I was able to get up, get dressed, and walk down the stairs without the limp I arrived with! The room was a perfect temperature and comfortable, and Sharon took every opportunity to explain what she was going to do, what would happen, and make me as comfortable as possible. Mum and me for my mum’s 60th birthday had a spa day today having four different treatments lasting an hour each, we had facials, Swedish and hot stone massages, foot massages and reiki. We had the best day including a lovely lunch, and Sharon and Karen couldn’t do enough for us. After a frantic couple of weeks I decided I needed to relax and unwind, I also had a headache that I couldn't shake all week so action was needed! My friend recommended Sharon to me so I called her, we had a chat and we decided on The Natural Face Lift Massage. I've had 2 Hopi Ear Candling treatments off Sharon and have been told by my partner that my snoring has reduced noticeably. I no longer wake him up in the middle of the night & a few times he's had to check I'm still breathing, because even when I've been sleeping on my back I'm silent... Amazing!! My snoring was driving him mad.
My quality of sleep seems to have improved too, which may, or may not be connected to the reduction in snoring, but must be connected to the treatment.
On top of that, the massage afterwards is totally relaxing.
10/10. I can thoroughly recommend.

Had a pregnancy massage gift voucher bought for me by my mum and honestly it was the best thing ever!! I’m 28 weeks and not been having the best experience as I’ve been poorly but I’ve also been suffering with sciatica. I’ve been getting about 4 hours sleep a night but last night after my massage, I actually got a full 8 hours with barely any sciatic pain!!!! I had a natural facelift massage this evening - wow. Sharon was wonderfully calm and friendly, room smelt amazing and the warm bed well that topped it! I'd had the migraine from hell all day and it cleared it right up! I've been losing weight but my face had remained puffy - when Sharon finished I looked like Id dropped a stone in weight! Totally relaxing, face felt lifted, relaxed and rejuvenated!
I will def be returning - I've had therapies at top class spa resorts - this is the best by miles.

I’ve suffered with tmd for as long as I can remember and can normally manage flare ups however after 10 days of permanent lock jaw and tried and tested the usual solutions; muscle relaxers, night guards, Home massage techniques- nothing was working, so I found Sharon.

I visited Sharon at Cheadle Holistic Therapies after experiencing soreness in my lower back during a short visit to Manchester from London. I haven't felt so relaxed since before I was born! Sharon provides a very tranquil environment where you can truly unwind which, for someone like me born with a spring for a backbone, isn't easy! The back, neck and shoulder massage was perfectly tailored to my needs after an initial consultation. Sharon also welcomes feedback during the therapy session to optimise attention in the areas most affected. This really made it effective and the calming music only added to the sense of escapism. It was only towards the end of the visit that I realised that the sound of birdsong did not resonate from the soothing music but from the gardens outside. A truly superior surround sound experience! I have experienced many massage therapies over the years but I can confidentially recommend a visit here if you want to leave feeling entirely rejuvenated and experience what I feel was the most effective treatment I've enjoyed in memory. I received a voucher for a natural face lift massage for my birthday, it had been bought for me as i suffer a major depressive disorder and am currently in a lapse, well what can i say? ... wow!
