One to ONe Personal Fitness training: For those just getting started, recovering from an injury, or just prefer to have that extra attention.
Small Group Personal Fitness training: A more personalized service at a slightly lower price point. Offers the individualized care of One to ONe training at more reasonable rates and comes with the fun of working out in a small, friendly group.
HIIT FIT classes:
Classes still small, maximum of 10 per group, so able to offer a degree of individualized attention, but in a group of fun and friendly like minded individuals. Learn lots of new ways to work out, get in Shape, but have fun at the same time.
Nutritional Counseling: This can be integrated in to your Pone to One Personal Training sessions, or alone, as desired.
Caroline is a professional in fitness and nutrition. She will organize a realistic diet plan to go whit your goals. You will enjoy her training classes , both so much fun and working all of your muscles.
