I go to this salon every three weeks to get my nails done by Makayla!! It is always a great experience going into the salon. The gals that work there are so nice and professional and always take care of my needs!! They are fun and easy to start a conversation with. Makayla does an amazing job every time on my nails. Don’t listen to the nasty reviews. They are just people who don’t have a hobby and have to fabricate these stories to either make themselves feel better or to try and get something for free. I love it at Shandelier! I would rate it higher if I could!! I’ve been getting the slimming treatments with Presleigh and I have noticed a huge difference. Just make sure you drink a lot of water before and after the treatments. I have also had Harley do my hair and she did such a great job. First time here. New to Utah and so far both nail shops I’ve been to failed me. I’m very picky and particular about my nails, been getting my nails done for a really long time and I know what I like and how I like them. Was supposed to get ombré coffin nails and I got was neither. Nail tech has only been doing it for a year and it’s understandable on practicing. But I showed her a picture and asked if she can do it and she said yes. Nothing is more disappointing than not getting what you expected and still having to pay for it. I still gave her a $5 tip because I’m not a horrible person and practice makes perfect. Even offered to be a practice model for whenever they need it as it seems all nail techs are still practicing to be better. And they definitely need it. But besides being a practice model I won’t be going back. (2stars)7 days after the first initial nail appointment, nails were breaking and diamonds coming off before it hit the 4 day mark. Posted it on Instagram and both the nail tech and salon messaged me. They got me in to get the situation handled and got my nails redone by Mikayla. She did a great job, I will definitely be going back. Maybe try out the other services they have there as well . The 2 stars went to 5 More...

I have to say this is the coolest and classiest salon I have been in for quite some time! The vibe is positive and upbeat, and most importantly the service is fantastic! I was warmly greeted at the front desk and offered a water or soda when showing up for my appointment, my vivid color turned out exactly as I wanted, and everyone there was just so nice and accommodating! 5+ Stars!!
