I recently had a situation at one of our income properties. The tenant informed me that they had 4 outlets that were not working. I have a fair amount of experience with troubleshooting electrical shorts and open circuits but I could not find what was causing the outage. I called one electrical contractor and got no reply at all, then I found Shamrock after doing some searching on Yelp.Mike returned my call promptly and agreed to meet me at the house that afternoon. He called me 20 minutes before the appointment to confirm and he arrived as scheduled. He went to work quickly and using all sorts of troubleshooting skills found my open neutral which was causing all the problems. He cleaned up after doing the work and gave me a written invoice which was fairly priced. He did not try to upsell me or charge me for any extra work (that didn't need to be done).I was really impressed with Mike's communication, his work, and his pricing. Everytime I ran my Ac unit in my house the power would get shut off to my house unless I unplugged everything else. I could not even watch tv if my ac was on. It was really a simple fix and I had to have my electrical outlet upgraded to a higher voltage. The ac would not only trip my breaker for that one outlet it would trip the master switch for the whole house. My house had been wired improperly so Shamrock electric redid a lot of the electrical work to my breaker box. i have been able to run my AC ever since without any problems. Electrician was very helpful in telling me what needed done in my house. I am a first time home owner and just bought my first house. Every time I would plug in certain things my whole power to my house would shut down. Shamrock Electrician helped me find the problem and was able to rewire the problem areas pretty quick. He did not have to rewire my whole house yet, and fixed the problem with the parts of my house which were a problem right now. Not the type of electrician you would want for small jobs. My dad runs his own business and asked me to put in a good word for Michael because of the good work he did on one of the buildings he manages. Michael is the electrician that did work on his commercial property remodel and my dad had nothing but good things to say about him. Electrician from Shamrock was very nice and on task too. We did not have the largest job that needed done but it was decent size. Our house an addition added to is years before we bought it and the electricians who did the wiring did not know what they were doing. We kept losing power to the addition part of the house and the circuit breaker was not getting tripped. Electrician at Shamrock rewired the addition and assured us that this would not keep happening.
