Lindsey was wonderful! She was knowledgeable, friendly, and professional leading up to and during our event day. Our wedding guests looked forward to returning to the bar for another chance to chat with Lindsey. The bar setup itself looked extremely professional and beautiful, and it really helped the event atmosphere feel cohesive. During planning, Lindsey was very responsive to email and provided a lot of helpful information that made planning the event much more straightforward. We'd be happy to work with her again. I cannot recommend Sarda enough! She brings her zest for life into her dishes. With Sarda, you pay for what you get, which is QUALITY. Her ingredients are always fresh and she always manages to put a unique twist on things to keep it interesting. Her curry sauce is out of this world and she doesn't skimp on desserts. Shake it up was great! Lindsey and Christy were very professional, went with the flow, and were fun bartenders who radiated positivity, which is a a great quality to have, especially as the bartenders for my wedding, which was a Roaring Camp in Felton. For an additional fee, they also did a couple extra things for us that the catering camp at the venue would not do - like ice water glasses, and light candles. In our busy world, it's not always easy to eat healthy. Sarda has come up with a solution to make healthy eating easier than ever. Her weekly food is full of delicious and nourishing entrees that the whole family will love. I recently had the pleasure of enjoying a weeks worth of her Whole30 meal plan. The lamb chops were seasoned with garam masala and served with basmati rice pilaf, they were delicious! I Ioved her cioppino which was chock full of clams, mussels, shrimp & salmon. My wife and I recently attended an event catered by Sarda and the food was truly phenomenal. I think I ate a little bit of everything but didn't get to try the chicken curry. Oh well, I'll definitely try that next time because my wife said it was fantastic. I really loved the sausages in puff pastry, the mini Shepherd's Pie, the Masala Turkey Kebab. and the Pasties. Her home-made bread is also wonderful. For dessert, we tried the coffee brownies, the key lime bars, and the twisted trifle. All were delicious, but my absolute favorite was the coffee brownies.
