I love supporting the growth of good businesses. This is growth in any definition; financial, people within the business, market share. I love working with people with a growth mindset, people who are open to learning, change and self-improvement. I love working with entrepreneurial businesses, those who want to succeed by moving away from tired ways of thinking and want to adapt and stay fresh.

I spent 8 years working for a very commercial company playing a significant role in our incredible growth from £3.5m to £16m turnover. I spent the majority of these years identifying growth opportunities through detailed strategic and market analysis with tremendous impact and realised I could use this experience to help other similar sized companies achieve great success.

I am a people person, I have led and brought together large high-performing teams through a coaching mentality, and developed some brilliant individuals to very senior positions. Training is a major tool in this process, and I have been requested to train teams in sales, marketing, product development and management in the soft skills necessary to effectively engage both customers and team.

The majority of my business comes through referral, meaning my primary objective is happy clients who want to refer me. If I am not the right person for you I will say so, and will try and refer you to somebody who can help. I'm transparent about my costs and I make things simple, fees are agreed up front so that you know immediately what investment you are making.
