We are a specialist Personal Training Company focused on strength and sports performance, based in Swindon, Wiltshire and the South West.

Our experience in Bio-mechanics, techniques of movement, physiology and international Coaching allows us to work intricately with your body and apply it to the function you require. Our focus is on your Technique within each exercise enhancing your overall ability to perform.

We have shown that with improved Technical ability you have a higher rate of success in achieving your goal from becoming Champion of your sport to completing that race or scaling that height, we can help you become your winner.

Personal Trainers include multiple British Champion and International Powerlifter Charlie Shotton-Gale, of Wiltshire, who has assisted people from many different sports and fitness goals to achieve their aim. Some of these include:

Working with charlie was tough, great fun and got great results in no time at all. Workouts were never boring and different. Very good with workouts indoor and outdoors. Very encouraging and motivating .

I can't rate Charlie high enough as a personal trainer. She tailors a complete fitness program that will get the best results for the fitness goal you want to achieve. Her relaxed, sensible, and sometimes unusual approach (required if you want to get results) gains amazing health and fitness benefits!!
If you are prepared to put the work in then SG fitness will provide the results you desire.

1:1 sessions to help you develop and achieve your health and fitness goals in a private and personal scenario. These sessions are held in private studio that allows for complete privacy enabling those who are nervous to exercise to feel comfortable and confident. Strength Training

Having developed an extensive knowledge and experience base in Strength training, we can support you in getting as strong as you want to be whether it is to suit your lifestyle or to enable you to compete in strength sports in the future. Strength competitions supported include: - Weightlifting - Powerlifting - Strongman For those who are not wishing to compete, we can support you by: - Developing your strength training technique - Understanding of programming for strength gains - Understanding and developing nutrition habits that promote strength increases. - Ensure you learn to train in a safe and effective manner.

Speed, Agility, Quickness

Speed, agility and quickness (SAQ) is a term used to generally talk about the open play aspects of sports including: - Sprinting mechanics - Force production and distribution - Ability to move your body in different directions at speed (agility) - The ability to utilise your body language to fool your opposition at speed

Biomechanical Analysis

For people who have started playing a sport and are struggling to improve, an analysis of your biomechanics can show strength or weakness in your physical makeup and show you how to improve these. Such analyses include: Running Gait Sprinting Mechanics Throwing Mechanics Tackling techniques Body positioning for Optimum Power during sporting movements (such as rugby scrum, hockey swing, football kick)
