Really enjoying my sessions with Nici! At the start of lockdown o wanted something that would bring my team together in my business that wasn’t work related and that would be good for our wellbeing!

We now have sessions with Nici every Monday and Friday and I have to say I am loving it. It is a great ‘time out’ for me to switch off and focus on me and it’s great to be able to share it with my team!

The sessions are over Zoom and they are still really interactive, really convenient and Nici still makes sure to pull us up on making sure we are exercising correctly and safely! I have definitely seen and felt an improvement in my core strength and I am feeling more toned!

I can not recommend Nici enough, especially her Zoom PT sessions! Thank you so much!

My first ever retreat and this was amazeballs! Nici is awesome. She is such a nurturer and carer, her whole ethos is making you feel good inside and out. I enjoyed the whole experience immensely and have taken away a lot of learnings about myself. Thank you also to Lorraine for wonderful pilates classes and Penny for the Mindfulness and meditation sessions. A great way to bond with other like minded wholesome lovely ladies. Had the best time at the Seventeen Retreat at Brooklands Barn in Arundel. Met a wonderful group of ladies and made such great connections. Had wonderful food cooked by Nici, was spoilt in a 5* barn with fantastic facilities. We were looked after and had a great varied program of classes and treatments. Lots of take homes to improve my health well being and mindfulness. Thank you Penny Metcalf Mindfulness and Lorraine Field for some fantastic session. I learnt so much.
