I needed a new lock on a bedroom door after it had to be forced open when it malfunctioned. Seven Hills Locksmiths responded promptly, assessed the issue and gave me two options. Sam did not attempt to steer me towards the pricier option, but gave advice to take the cheaper one, which impressed me. He ordered the necessary part rapidly and the result is great.
