The food from Set the Table is absolutely amazing! Chef Tracy takes a lot of time to craft the perfect menu based on what type of cuisine I want. I can't say enough good things about Tracy and the amazing meals she prepares. She has prepared three different dinner parties for us ranging for a sit down paella dinner for 10 to a customized pasta bar for 25. Let's start this review by saying AMAZING!!! Tracy has done several parties for us and has been a hit every time! Not only is she a pleasure to work with beforehand but Tracy and her staff are exceptional at parties! She has come up with different me yes for each one of the parties and has listened to every one of our requests. Weather it was a baby shower or a Moroccan style dinner party. Her selections and suggestions are amazing!The staff is as great and helpful as any high end restaurant I've ever been to and certainly well put together! It's hard finding a personal chef that can relate and translate ones requests into a party and Tracy does it to perfection!Can't wait for our next party!!! More...

Tracy can literally make anything your heart desires and when she prepares a dish it is perfection. I've had breakfast, lunch, and dinner and every one of her meals was superb. Tracy is a life-saver. A few years ago, my doctor told me to stop eating grains, dairy, nuts, eggs, tomatoes and a bunch of other things. I faced the impossible: trying to enjoy food while on a severely restrictive diet. On top of that, I work two jobs full-time. I do not have time to go grocery shopping. I don't have time to research new recipes. I don't have time to prepare delicious food. I was devastated. How was I going to eat?My family started searching for a personal chef or food preparation service that would meet our needs. We really struggled, because most of the services out there can't cater to the specific dietary needs of a super strict diet.Then we found Set the Table. Tracy is amazing. She does the shopping and I know I can trust her to buy the best quality foods. She knows what's safe, how it's sourced, how it's packaged, how it's handled. She researches recipes for me, finding new dishes to keep me from getting bored on my super restrictive diet. She's inventive, she's careful with ingredients (never exposing me to something I can't have). I can say to her: Tracy, I want a treat this week. She will come up with something new, amazing, tasty and somehow still within my diet.She shops, prepares the food in our home. She's great with our dogs. The food is amazing. She has an exceptional repertoire of recipes and she's constantly adding to it. She spends two days cooking food for my whole family for the entire week and then eating a nutritious, delicious meal is as easy as popping it in the oven for 5 minutes.She's amazing.
