We hired SES to put a second story on our house and they were amazing from beginning to end. Â Our first meeting was great and we could tell from the start that SES was right for our job. Eliram came, took a look at the plans, gave us some great ideas as to how to make things look even better and a great price. Â From beginning to end, we got what we asked for and on time. Â Even when we made changes they were handled with ease. Â We watched SES strip our house down to the studs and put it back together better than ever. Â It is a scary thing to see your house basically demolished and to trust that it can be put back together. Â Well, we've got our house back and we love it! We have worked with Eli from SES builders in the past. This time we hired them on a project that included expanding the back of the house. The project included a new laundry room, 2 bathrooms and a new bedroom. We are happy with the work that they did. The work was done on time (based on the scheduled) and they completed it a little bit before the schedule. The price for this work was good compare to the quality of the work. The care from the supervisor (Eli) to the small details was outstanding and we felt that we had the company full devotion. SES builders tried their best to speed up the remodeling so they will complete it on time and because the workers couldn't work for few days due to deliveries of some materials and some permits issues. Everyone at SES builder's customer service is very nice and Eli's over backward to help. Two thumbs up to Leslie. Over all would strongly recommend SES builders for bigger projects. More...

We just wrapped up a six and a half month remodel by SES builders. Â This included building a new 260 square foot addition, total renovation of the kitchen, adding a new laundry room, a new master bathroom, and a walk in closet. We had a wall removed between the dining room and kitchen to open up the space. Â New windows for the entire house, repipe, new electrical, and HVAC. Â A big job, really. Overall, we are extremely pleased with the final result. Â The build quality is excellent, especially the kitchen cabinets, counter-tops, backsplash tiles, and tile floor, and tiled shower and floor in the new bathroom. Â The tile work is top notch everywhere: floors, shower, and backsplash. Â The kitchen in fact, looks even better than we imagined it ever could, and we smile every time we look at it and enjoy a cup of coffee sitting in the bar stools at out fabulous new kitchen peninsula.The project manger, Benny Shirin was a pleasure to work with. Â He was friendly and knowledgeable, helping us make some very important design choices along the way, while paying attention to our budget. Â Also, Motey, who installed our kitchen cabinets and counters suggested a few tweaks to our original kitchen design that made a huge impact on the overall look of the kitchen, yet remained economical upgrades.The price of the project was A+. Â We interviewed numerous builders before we chose SES, and kept our fingers crossed that not going to one of the higher bidders would mean sacrificing quality. Â It absolutely did not, and can say without question that the value of our project is top notch.The project was not without issues, and being a project manger myself I know it is difficult if not impossible to pull off any big project without a few. Â Regardless, SES stood by their work, and corrected anything that did not meet our, and far more importantly, their standards.The one area that we found ourselves being dissatisfied with was the duration of the project. Â The original estimate for the time needed to do the work, which was reconfirmed more than once while the project was underway, was four months. Â It took six and a half. Â We could give back at least four weeks of the overrun to the rainy season and holidays (we broke ground in late November), but this still left us more than a month and a half over the estimated completion date.Maybe our expectations were too high, but it took a lot of calls and persistence to get workers to the job when it would go two, three, sometimes even four days without anyone showing up to work on the house. Â In the end, maybe our expectations were too high to begin with, but we would have liked a better reckoning of the actual complete date. We ended up revising plans and travel dates we scheduled in late May because of the delay. Â This is the only reason we could not give five stars. Â Nevertheless, in the end we are very happy with the work. Â Overall score is B+, only because of the schedule, but A+ for quality and A+ for value. Â We can definitely recommend SES Builders. My husband and I recently remodeled our bathroom, painted our entire interior, removed popcorn ceilings, added recessed lighting throughout and turned a very large attic space into a livable space. Roi was our project manager and he was extremely helpful from the start. We met with other contractors, but Roi shared my exact vision from the beginning and we immediately connected with him.Roi is extremely knowledgeable and understands building codes and structures and would give me options when we ran into a roadblock. I always appreciate hearing his recommendations while keeping our budget in mind. Our attic project changed quite a bit from our original idea because of the limitations our building had, but Roi spent a lot of time with us to figure out the best way it should be done and we are so happy how it turned out!We really appreciate all the time Roi spent with us when we needed to meet in person and he was easily available for a phone call or text. Communication is key with any contractor you work with, and I felt like we got a lot of his attention even though he was working on many other projects that were much bigger than ours.His crew is very professional and trustworthy. I've heard horror stories from other people using other building companies who got things stolen when they leave workers alone, so I was nervous about not being home most of the time to supervise, and we also were going to be out of the country for a couple weeks during the renovation. However nothing was ever stolen and the workers we did meet were all very nice and very hard-working.Lastly. I am an extremely detailed perfectionist, and most people probably wouldn't notice the things that bother me. Roi and his crew spent a lot of time making those final touchups. I am very happy that they didn't just say "it's mostly done, bye" but they spent the extra time to make sure I was happy with everything before signing off on the project.I have recommended Roi and SES to many of my friends, and will continue to do so in the future. WOW! Please do not let other reviews steer you from making a bad decision. This company is professional and super nice! Wanted to do a complete remodel for my home in Sherman Oaks. Eli helped me pick out the tiles, the paint, etc. Not to mention the pricing was very reasonable. He was there every step and kept me in the loop. My fiancé and I were more than pleased with the final look! The workers were fast and efficient. If I could give them 10 stars, I would!!! We have even referred them to some of our family/friends. SES Builders did a complete upgrade to my house which included the removal of all the popcorn ceilings, installed ceiling fans in all the bedrooms, remodeled the old carpet in the second floor and install a new engineered hardwood floor and upgrade the kitchen (cabinets, island, appliances, lighting and counter tops), removed a wall in the kitchen that made most of the first floor much more open, update 2 of the bathrooms including the master bathroom. The work was managed by Joe and he was on top of everything each day and making sure that his crew and sub-contractors are completing their tasks on a daily basis. We hired this home improvement company SES Builders to do the complete work in our kitchen. They provided us with outstanding service, ideas, solutions, functionality and quality product. This was on top of how the new kitchen came out which is also brilliant in a way. After the kitchen was complete, we felt that this is the right company that we should keep using and have them do all of our home improvement projects in the future as well. We hired SES builders to remodel our kitchen. The work was managed by Eli and his crew of people. Eli came over the house during the whole time of the remodeling making sure that the work is going as planed and that there are no issues or problems with the work. More than that, he went with us to see and select the cabinets, counter tops, back splash and the rest of the items for the kitchen. The work that he did took close to a month in which there was no problem with any of the people that did the actual work. SES Builders recently completed several things at my house. They remodeled my kitchen, expanded my living room AND did all the stamp concrete in the back yard. They completed the entire remodeling project on time while making sure NOT to go over the agreed budget. In addition to the remodeling work. They even corrected a few errors that were made by the previous owner. When they finished the remodeling project, they didn't leave the house until everything was clean without any trash. We have hired and used SES Builders for multiple remodeling projects at our house that included: the driveway, complete kitchen remodeling and the repair of the foundation. We are very happy and pleased with all the work that they did in the remodeling projects. Joe has followed our requirements and needs very elegantly. In reality, we imported all the countertops from overseas and he was great about it, even that the delay with the shipment caused the work to be held a little. SES Builders did a fantastic job on the landscaping project, and it was a pleasure to work with him. When we moved into our first house 5 months ago, the front and backyard needed complete makeover, plus the driveway had really bad cracked asphalt. We hired Eli and we checked his references to make sure we do the right decision before hiring him because he did 2 projects in our neighborhood and we could tell by how they came up that he really did a great work. Eli explained to us all the different types of hardscape from gravel to artificial turf and he did a design a plan for us. Eli was very patiently with us and he went through several redesigns until we were happy and agreed on what we want, which turned out to be a mixture of artificial turf and drought tolerant plants in mulch. We wanted to replace the driveway with concrete and we requested Eli to do a pretty brickwork like almost all of the houses nearby had. Eli suggested instead that we go with pavers, saying that they would really make the place stand out. Eli was definitely correct. Our house is the only one that have pavers and it looks really beautiful, we got so many good compliments about them. He also helped us to select the color that matched the house which was had just repainted. The workmanship on the driveway as well as a double pathway we had him do out front shows great attention to detail, you can really notice that whoever did that work, did invest the time and effort to do it right. We love plants and flowers, but we mostly love the stone work that he did. The front and back yards turned out to be so beautiful and great. We are very happy with the results, and we highly recommend Eli and his workers from SES Builders to anyone who wants to remodel the garden/driveway or any other remodeling project. More...

SES Builders did several sections at my house including the remodeling of my master bathroom, 2 Additional bathrooms and paint the entire house. The whole work turned out to an amazing results. Eli was the main person that I dealt with and he was amazingly easy person to work with. His in-house designer made so many great design solutions and ideas while placing all of my needs and vision into the final budget. The entire work was done by skilled and professional people who made extra attention on cleaning and productivity. During the work, there was never a mess and each day and before everyone left for the day, the workers made sure to dedicate and hour or so for organize the working space and the following morning when they came to work, they will set up tarps and covers on all the floors and areas. The bathrooms were a complete remodeling tasks where they removed everything and rebuild it based on the new design. The new design gave us a huge shower space (after removing the bath tub) with glass enclosure, a normal size bench and awesome floors and walls tile work. Guy of SES Builders is a great designer and contractor. He was very problem solver of designing the perfect kitchen for our house, a kitchen that included everything we wanted and needed. We had Guy designing the heart of our house and he was able to provide us with the design after we met with him several times explaining him what we would like to achieve and get while providing a fixed budget for him to work on. His design was reasonable priced, very well constructed, functional and just gorgeous. I wanted to remodel my kitchen and it was a great idea to search for a contractor that will be able to do it in a fairly price and on time. I did my research in several websites to find the right contractor for me. I was so impressed by what I saw and read on Prestige's online profile that included not only reviews and people opinions, but photos that represent his work. I interviewed 6 potential contractors for my kitchen remodeling, compared prices and the scope of work. Joe at SES Builders stood out because he met with us, listening to what I wanted to get and when I had questions - he answered. His estimate was very similar to the other ones that I got so I decided to hire him. My kitchen space was not big and it was a challenge; Joe had many perfect ideas that proved that the space was not the issue! His main idea was to take down the wall separating the living room from the kitchen and by that we will get a very large open space of the entire floor. I loved that idea of our home having an open environment connecting all rooms very much. When the wall was removed, I blown away by the large open space. Joe heard all of my ideas and implemented them into the design of the kitchen. All work was done on time as agreed we agreed upon. I am very happy with the way everything came out. Not long after we moved into our new house, we got tired of the kitchen and bathrooms and wanted to have a full out kitchen and bathrooms remodeling. After all, we spend so much time in the kitchen for cooking and entertaining guest when we have events and holidays. We have always loved simplicity and functionality of things and mainly the look and figured SES builders is the company that we should hire for that job. After a massive researching via people that we know and online, where we decided to hire SES builders for the remodeling (along with modern counter-tops, sinks, faucets, tiles, hardware, the bath tub, and shower system), based on a friend recommendation. We're very happy with the way our kitchen and bathrooms came out. It's stylish and mainly functioning as we expected to have, SES builders, are very detail oriented, professional, timely, accommodating and mostly - friendly. All really important in any kitchen and bathroom projects. What we also appreciated was that the guys at SES builders and mainly Joe, are true green and ecofriendly professionals - with their own environmentally friendly kitchen cabinets and materials, they have full control over what is produced at their vendors. Five stars!! Roy and his crew were amazing! I chose SES builders to do our ADU after getting multiple quotes from other companies. When I called for a quote they were quick to respond and Roy came out the following day to go over everything. I felt confident that we were both on the same page and everything was done in a very professional manner. Â The communication was above standard as Roy was always available to answer calls and texts which was my main concern as I'm not always in the country and didn't want to worry about issues while I was gone! Guy the salesman was the person that handled this project from the first meeting that I had with him till the end of it. Eli and Gill Really impressed me! I had a great experience with SES Builders. We purchased our home 3 years ago and we have been needed to update the kitchen and living room area for a while now. Were really happy we came across SES Builders and hired them to help us build our dream kitchen! We really love our new kitchen! The new design that Gill did for us for the existing space of the kitchen came out much better than we ever thought it could be. Gill and his crew were very easy going people to deal with. The workmanship was exceptional. Everything we wanted to have and do, was honored and done on time, perfection and within budget. We highly recommend this company! We worked with Eli and Raqel on our kitchen remodeling project. Eli did a wonderful job starting with his 3D design that was as close as possible to the final kitchen. Raqel on the other hand took care of all the paperwork, permits etc.� on top of scheduling all the deliveries and orders. At first Gill made a design that will show how the new kitchen will look like and then his demolition crew took out the old kitchen and started to build the new one. The house we recently purchased was in a bad shape and required a lot of upgrading work and improvement or in other words It was a total mess. The wall paper was bad and peeling, the light fixtures were ugly and bad, the appliances were total mess and the floors needed to be replaced in the entire house. We contacted SES Builders to take over this remodeling project and to bring my house to a modern house condition and now that our house is finished (after 3 months of daily work by several teams of workers) we are extremely pleased with everything they did. We wanted to remodel two bathrooms at the house. We needed the master bathroom with shower to be made with more handicapped accessible features. We research and called SES Builders as one of the contractors and spoke with Raqel. It was a good and positive experience from that first call. She explained about the process of choosing them as a company to do remodeling and how to make sure they are reputable and suggested we get at least 2 additional estimates so we will have a good compressing of the work. After doing additional research and talking to other companies we called back to SES Builders, explained what we wanted done and we scheduled an appointment for Gill to come over to our home and to measure and discuss what we want to do. Gill definitely listened to everything we wanted and he also gave us few excellent suggestions and guidance. He was completely upfront with us about the budget issue and he really worked with us on this. He sent us a detailed estimate by email. We had some important questions and we emailed him back with them which he promptly responded to. In fact, throughout the whole process both Raqel and Gill responded and answered quickly to our questions. Gill, who is the owner, was also very helpful any time we called and either he got back to us promptly or got a message back via Raqel. After we had decided to go with SES Builders, we went to several vendors showrooms with Gill to choose the materials. Gill listened to what we wanted and helped us in making most of the decisions as we need; he had some really good suggestions. He spent a lot of time with us and everything was put in writing; He was even given pictures of the fixtures we had chosen. During the remodel Gill would stop by very frequently and check on the work that was performed, speak with us and ask if we had any questions. There were some changes we wanted made along the way which were incorporated into the job without any issue. We decided to change the type of shower door and it was expensive! Gill called his glass vendor that they work with and they came over to install the door. Raqel didn't have to do this but it was typical of the great service and positive interactions we had throughout. The workers came on time each day and were hardworking and skilled. We love the way everything turned out and have gotten compliments on it! We think the workmanship and materials are top notch. They also made what could be very stressful a positive experience. Guy and his professional team of workers including his sub-contractors that were involved in my home remodeling project, did an outstanding job on our kitchen remodeling and the bathroom remodeling. We valued Guy’s expertise, approachability, and sense of imagination when it comes to solutions and ideas! We totally trusted his expertise - mainly when the project started while we were out of the house. We couldn't be more pleased with SES Builders! Guy met with us several times before we agreed about the work and hired them. His design recommendations were perfect and it showed us that we were on the same page about our remodeling project. Guy was able to make our decisions much easier with his skills and knowledge while it seemed show us that he know exactly what we would like to achieve. Guy managed our project without any problem and with excellent success while managing his team and sub-contractors to get the best results. Our bathroom remodeling came out much better than we thought and it did surpassed our anticipations. Guy and his crew from SES Builders replaced 13 wooden slider windows with double-hung UV and sound-dampening windows. When he came over, he measure all the windows and checked them to make sure that he will provide us with the best windows. Guy and his supervisor arrived to my house right on time, more than that, his office contacted us before the meeting and when he was on the way to give us even more accurate estimate of when he would arrive. This consideration and respect continued throughout the process of installation. In total we had 4 workers working, led by Charlie, and they finished the job as predicted in approximately the same day. They cleaned up well and Charlie took time to answer our questions before leaving. There was a manufacturing problem that was not at all related to Guy's work or his company. He called and talked to the manufacturer, making sure that they will deliver the new windows and he did all he could to make sure that the windows worked correctly, coming out and putting in additional time himself. We absolutely recommend Guy's and SES Builders! We would have them return for any additional work we might need. The courtesy, knowledge and experience exhibited by Guy and his crew is seldom encountered today, and it was a pleasure to work with a local company. More...
