Finally getting around to writing this review.  I experienced a pipe leak under my kitchen sink, which destroyed my cabinets, and then some, back in the winter when we had the freezing weather. I wasn't sure what to do but Servpro of Freehold was recommended to me by a trusted person so I called and they were awesome. Monique responded immediately, walked me through the next steps and had a crew there right away. They removed the completely damaged cabinets and other materials, set up drying equipment and cleaned everything up. They then came to meet with my insurance adjuster and agreed on a reconstruction plan and as you can see from the photo, I am very happy with the final product. The team was very thorough in their approach for cleaning. Right from the beginning to explain the process to completion of the job. We were explained that billing with be done to insurance so that we don’t have to run around.There were some minor logistics issue when they can come by but it was resolved soon.We are happy with their work and recommend them to others. Servpro in general and specifically Servpro of Freehold is a fantastic company. They are good at what they do. I had used Servpro in Pennsylvania at my business and on this occasion unfortunately I had water in my basement. Tony from the Freehold office was right on top of the issue on a Friday night while he was at a ball game! He personally joined another crew member and cleaned up the job by 2 am. Fans and humidifier were running through the weekend and through a home inspection for the sale of our house! We had a small fire that created BIG smoke...you wouldn't believe the amount of greasy black soot that infiltrated every nook and cranny. This office was recommended by our insurance company and I'm so glad I took their recommendation. They arrived quickly, calmed me down considerably, and the next day arrived like the cavalry with 6 or 7 people who, in two and 1/2 days, accomplished what would have taken me two solid months on my own.
