First off, I never actually used ServiceMaster's services as we decided to try a different route in cleaning the cigarette smoke out of our "new-used" leather couch. Â I'm rating them five stars in their customer service and communication. Â I spoke with Eileen a few times over a couple days and she was wonderful. Â She spoke with members of their team and asked many questions in order to get me the most accurate quote and to find out which route they felt would be best to take and why. Â I never felt like a bother or annoyance, I felt like a priority. Â Based on this, I wouldn't hesitate in recommending them or using them in the future. More...
