ServiceMaster (Kingston) came to clean my carpets a couple of weeks ago. Philip Wingfield arrived on time and was very professional and helpful - I also felt completely happy to leave him to get on with the job. My carpets were really badly stained in several places and I didn't really think he would be able to get all of the marks out so when I came back and saw that they looked like new i was delighted!! Dr. Polo did an amazing job!!! He removed my breast implants, he did a breast lift, and did a little lipo on the sides and under my arm pics. Right after when I woke up from my surgery I didn’t have any pain or reaction to the anesthesia. It has only been 3 weeks since my surgery, and I feel great since day one. People around me can’t believe I had surgery so little while ago because they way I feel, moved, and performed, and they tell me I look great! Philip Wingfield is an absolute magician . He arrived exactly at the contracted time to attend to dried paint splotches on our carpet. At first I was very sceptical that paint stains could be removed effectively. Philip explained that he employed a re-tufting technique . After fixing the first offending stain I was completely sold . He re-tufted the carpet using some of the tufts from an offcut that we had , however he could have used a few tufts from an invisible area under the skirting board as well if you don't have an offcut available.An hour later I would defy anyone even using a magnifying glass to point out where the original paint stains were my carpet is back to is pristine condition. There is no point in posting an after repair photo because there the repair is invisible.I cannot compliment him highly enough, he is very tidy and did a perfect repair . I would have no hesitation in recomending him for any carpet issues that you may have. More...

We were noticing dark spots appearing in our carpets, which turned out to be draught marks (dust carried up through cracks in floor and skirting boards into the carpets). We were able to discuss the problem with Servicemaster and we found them very considerate to costs when proposing a plan to address the marks. The results were excellent. In fact, we were so impressed that we have had them back again for more things. They can do things you just couldn't do yourself, and are also quick, tidy, considerate and entirely trustworthy. Shoddy work. Numerous cleaners. No bin bags in the bins. Washed plates on a dirty draining board Cobwebs left. Ring mark around toilet bowl, Had to leave notes for work to be done. Rang the supervisor to pay a visit she finally turned up a week later after making 2 appointments This is a dental practice where standards have to be maintained. I actually have not one, but three email confirmations for payment and appointment time. Just checked my emails and have now had a refund from you for said amount.
