I called and emailed to arrange someone to help with our garden the lady agreed to send someone at 5 pm at a rate of £40 per hour for 3 hours and an extra £45 for Rubbish clearance, it was higher than I thought reasonable especially since she demanded cash, however I needed a Gardner and stayed home to deal with it. A few hours late the lady said she couldn't send anyone today as the van was full of Rubbish she said someone would come tomorrow and she would call at 5pm with the time, no did, I called back and asked what time she expected they could make it only for her to reply she doesn't know but maybe I could call someone else if they can't make it today. Irresponsible and terrible customer service £165 to cut the grass of a garden that is literally 25 square meters and trim som hedges!!! More...

Really happy with the service and would recommend to anyone. Very polite and honest.
